☑️Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Performance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Department in monitoring operational performance, strengthening data reliability, following up recurring controls, and ensuring structured visibility on key performance indicators, risks, issues and action plans.
☑️Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Audit, Internal Control or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, fleet, internal audit, internal control, business control, ERP project support, performance management or a related field.

✅Position:2. Packaging Manager (Hawassa)
☑️Job Summary:
Lead, manage, and oversee the execution and efficient operation of the plant packaging function to ensure achievement of the Sales & Operational Plan by delivering finished products On Time and In Full with the required quality at the optimum cost. Ensure compliance with BGI and Castel Group standards while promoting operational excellence, continuous improvement, product quality, food safety, workplace safety, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
☑️Job Requirements:
The position requires a minimum of BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other closely related Engineering disciplines.
Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in packaging or production management within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, with proven leadership responsibility.

☑️Job Summary:
Design, develop and implement communication programs to enhance internal and external understanding of the organization’s strategies, achievements and objectives and communicate internally and externally on initiatives and the business direction of the organization.
☑️Job Requirements:
The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, CSR, Sustainability, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
6- 8years’ hands on professional experience of years’ experience and 5 years of experience in corporate communication management roles.
Strong understanding corporate communication principles, practices, and strategies, with a focus on showcasing corporate image.
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Amharic and other local languages. Knowledge of French language will be an advantage.
