Собрали коротко, что важно проверить, если вы эксперт, продаете в онлайне или у вас своя онлайн-школа

1. Иностранные сервисы использовать можно ✅ Но персональные данные россиян при сборе должны храниться в России, а при передаче за границу действуют отдельные правила.

2. Telegram-боты и рассылки использовать можно ✅ Если вы не относитесь к категориям организаций, для которых иностранные мессенджеры ограничены.

3. Gmail для регистрации — можно ✅ Если человек просто оставляет адрес @gmail.com.

4. Авторизация через иностранные сервисы — нельзя ❌ Google ID, Apple ID и другие иностранные сервисы авторизации использовать для входа нельзя.

5. Загружать персональные данные клиентов в зарубежные нейросети — осторожно ⚠️ Если данные уходят за границу, это может считаться трансграничной передачей. В таком случае Роскомнадзор нужно уведомить.

6. Google Analytics — тоже с условиями ⚠️ Если через него передаются персональные данные за границу, нужно оформить трансграничную передачу. Проще использовать российскую аналитику.

Я бы сейчас проверил три вещи: чем люди авторизуются на сайте, куда уходят данные из форм и не загружает ли команда клиентские базы в зарубежные сервисы без разбора.
