Аналитики из Консорциума больших данных составили топ-10 вакансий с высшим образованием в Москве и Московской области

Около 13% вакансий предназначены для выпускников вузов🎓

Специалисты экспертно-аналитической компании "Киберия" выполнили масштабное исследование по заказу АНО "Центр развития и популяризации киберспорта". Они изучили рынок труда столичного региона.

Было проанализировано 634 482 вакансии за 2025 год, в которых требуется от соискателей наличие высшего образования. 80,8% вакансий (512 763) опубликованы в Москве, 19,2% (121 179) – в Московской области.

В топ-10 по количеству вакансий вошли: бухгалтер (5,78% от общего количества вакансий), врач (5,65%), менеджер по продажам и работе с клиентами (5,62%), инженер-конструктор/проектировщик (4%), инженер ПТО/сметчик (2,74%), учитель/преподаватель/педагог (2,63%), юрист (2,26%), экономист (1,99%), менеджер по закупкам (1,99%), секретарь/помощник руководителя, ассистент (1,83%).

В результатах исследования детально описаны предложения работодателей — от зарплаты до требуемых навыков. Также представлен подробный список работодателей, публикующих максимальное количество вакансий. Познакомиться с документом можно на сайте Центра развития и популяризации киберспорта.

Как отмечают авторы исследования, наибольшая доля предложений приходится на кандидатов с опытом 1-3 года (46,9%), а также 3-6 лет (33,7%). Для соискателей без опыта предназначается около 13% вакансий, для специалистов с опытом более 6 лет — 6,47%.

"Ограниченная доля предложений без опыта подчеркивает необходимость формирования профессиональных навыков ещё на этапе обучения. Важно также, что во всех профессиональных ролях наиболее востребованы навыки работы с документацией и владение прикладным программным обеспечением, а также коммуникативные навыки, обучаемость и способность работать в команде", — говорится в исследовании.

Я больше не рак в Доте 😅

Ну что я могу сказать...

Так то я играю в эту игру еще со времен, как она была картой для Варкрафта и даже не аббревиатурой DOTA называлась, а полным названием Defense of the Ancients.

Сейчас проверил по Яндексу и выходит, что 20+ лет я играю. Ну как играю, знал и иногда поигрывал, потом забрасывал.

Но за это время добился ровным счетом нихрена. Играть так и не научился нормально.

Кстати это очень интересное сравнение с тем, кто 20+ лет в какой то отрасли и одно это само по себе не является мерилом качества.

Молодой новичок с горящими глазами может легко его переплюнуть за 5 лет.

Но часы наработки никто не отменял. Суммарно у меня тут около 6 000 - 7 000 часов, наверное.

Сразу скажу - тупо жалко сожженного времени, никому не советую))

Так вот, к чему это я... Играл все это время я тупо в охотку, стало скучно, запустил. Играл в большинстве случаев с друзьями, которые Доту только вчера для себя открыли. И сидел на рейтинге около 1500 последние несколько лет.

И тут у меня появилась навязчивая идея - немного поднять рейтинг и вылезти из рачьего болота. Целью стал как раз рейтинг Легенда (3080 MMR).

Ну и последние трое суток я вообще не вставал из-за компа. Мое колечко аура ринг говорит мол - с вами что-то не так, может пойдете травку понюхать? ))

Но цель закрыта, я собой доволен и горд. Теперь Доту можно со смелой душой удалять.
