About the Role
We are looking for an experienced FFE Manager to lead the FFE function across our interior design and fit-out projects, covering design development, technical coordination, procurement, delivery, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the FFE function across projects.
* Review FFE designs, drawings, specifications, materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and equipment.
* Develop and maintain FFE schedules and coordinate requirements with Design, Technical, Site, and Project teams.
* Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors, including quotations, specifications, pricing, and lead times.
* Follow up on purchase orders, production, delivery, and supplier performance.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding FFE approvals and requirements.
* Monitor FFE costs against approved budgets and support value-engineering alternatives.
* Identify and resolve FFE-related technical, quality, cost, and delivery issues.
* Lead and supervise the FFE team, ensuring clear priorities, deadlines, and organized processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
* 4+ years of relevant experience in FFE, interior design, technical coordination, procurement, or fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of FFE design, furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and equipment.
* Experience with FFE drawings, detailing, design development, and project coordination.
* Experience working with Design, Technical, Site, Contractors, Suppliers, and Clients.
* Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Good command of Excel.
* AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit knowledge is a plus.
