За последние двое суток вокруг Павла Дурова* произошло столько событий, что за ними было сложно уследить.

29 июля появились сообщения о возможном международном розыске Дурова. Параллельно обсуждалась возможность признания Telegram террористическим ресурсом. Позже ФСБ сообщила, что решение о международном розыске на тот момент ещё не принято.

На следующий день ситуация получила неожиданное продолжение.

30 июля Павел Дуров был внесён в перечень террористов и экстремистов Росфинмониторинга.

После этого в сети начали обсуждать возможные правовые последствия такого статуса. Одновременно возник главный вопрос — что теперь будет с Telegram?

По словам юристов и IT-экспертов, сам Telegram не запрещён. Пользователи по-прежнему могут пользоваться мессенджером, вести каналы и оформлять Premium. Официального решения о признании Telegram запрещённой организацией не опубликовано.

Сам Павел Дуров заявил, что считает произошедшее следствием своего отказа выполнять требования о массовой слежке и цензуре. Позже он изменил оформление своего профиля в Telegram, закрепив виртуальные подарки, что многие восприняли как символический ответ на происходящее.

Тем временем депутат Госдумы Владислав Даванков раскритиковал решение в отношении Дурова и заявил, что вместо давления на зарубежные сервисы необходимо искать механизмы их работы в России. По его словам, партия «Новые люди» подготовит соответствующий законопроект.

За двое суток история вокруг Павла Дурова превратилась из серии слухов в реальные решения, последствия которых ещё только предстоит оценить.
