We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, support tenant relations, and strengthen the company's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate events, activations, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop content and collaborate with designers, agencies, photographers, and influencers.
• Support PR, corporate communications, media relations, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyze campaign performance. ]
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing proposals.
• Build and manage relationships with tenants, driving joint promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate influencer, content creator, and brand ambassador partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Optimize website SEO to improve search rankings, traffic, and online visibility.
• Manage content and promotional communications across the website, mobile app, and WhatsApp Channel.
• Support and monitor paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within GCC markets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and event management.
• Excellent in Arabic & English language.
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
