После Старой Рязани мы решили не вернуться в Рязань, а ночевать в глэмпинге рядом с Окским заповедником.

Это был правильный выбор. Наш домик - просторная юрта, где есть две кровати и даже ванная с душем. Место в лесу - прекрасное, хозяйка - добрая, и еда - домашняя и вкусная!

"Если ночью что-то слышите на улице, то это скорее всего ёжик" - хозяйка сказала. Сын сказал, что он что-то вроде слышал ночью, но утром уже никого не было.

Утром на завтрак она приготовила нам сытный омлет и четыре толстых блина, и сказала: "У вас будет занятой день, поэтому надо сытно завтракать." Мы всё с удовольствием съели :)

Очень нам понравилось всё здесь!

🇬🇧 After Old Ryazan, we decided not to go back to Ryazan, but to stay overnight at a glamping near a Nature Reserve.

It was the right choice. Our place was a spacious yurt with two beds and even a bathroom with a shower. The place in the forest was beautiful, the hostess was kind, and the food was homemade and delicious!

In the morning, she brought us an omelet and four thick pancakes for breakfast, and said: "You'll have a busy day, so you need a good breakfast." We ate everything with big pleasure :)

We really liked everything here!

По сути, это должно быть безмасляное средство на водной основе. Можно брать и сыворотку, и тоник, и крем. Но удобнее всего гель. Я пользовалась и УЗИ-, и алоэ-гелями. Но уже несколько лет я - адепт контактных гелей, в составе которых уже есть активы. Чтобы время зря не терять: и от гаджета эффект получить, и кожу наполнить полезностями.

Контактные гель-маски Somelove люблю всей душой. Ну вы знаете. Недавно у них вышли новинки. По моему мнению, их крио-гель должен попробовать каждый. Рассказываю:

🫧 крио-гель от отеков Лимфодренаж 2.0. Это первый в моей жизни контактный гель, который охлаждает во время процедуры. Это чертовски приятно с утра. За "холодок" отвечают menthyl lactate (эфир ментола и молочной кислоты) и ментол.

Лучше всего с отеками на моей кожей работает пептид Acetyl tetrapeptide-5. И он тут как раз есть, 1000 ppm. Вместе с ним лимфодренажный эффект создают кофеин 1%. А троксерутин укрепляет сосуды.

🫧 моделирующая гель-маска с 4% L-карнитина хороша при деформационном и отечном типах старения. Если есть птоз, овал поплыл, хочется более четкого контура. L-карнитин повышает плотность кожи. 1.5% кофеина работает с отеками, над микроциркуляцией. Экстракт каштана укрепляет стенки сосудов. Если кожа возрастная, но чувствительная или с куперозом, это ваш вариант. Но предупрежу, что у маски есть аромат сырья, который зайдет не всем.

🫧гель-маска для проблемной кожи с 2% азелаинки, солодкой и 5% ниацинамида. Это вариант для проблемной, жирной кожи. Активы хорошо помогают держать сальные железы в узде, очистить поры, профилактировать воспаления. Но напомню, что если у вас есть активные высыпания, акне, то гаджетами мы по коже не водим, чтоб не разносить это все по лицу.

🧐 как пользоваться гель-маской: Я наношу гель на лицо, делаю микротоки/ЕМС. Оставляю минут на пять. Потом убираю остатки геля бумажной салфеткой, после - влажным полотенцем. Дальше - мой привычный уход.
