✅Position : 1. Finance Intern
CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance. Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and a high level of accuracy. A letter of recommendation from a university attesting to the candidate’s personal integrity, reliability, and sense of responsibility. Preferred Attributes: Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills in finance and accounting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements: Education: Minimum of first university degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance. Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in a similar or related position. Work experience in INGO/NGO setting is a Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards. Experience in grant and donor fund management. Ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance staff. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English language - both spoken and written. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint. Commitment to organizational values and mission.
