Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in agribusiness, agricultural economics, business administration, finance, development economics, rural development, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in private sector development, agribusiness, market systems development, grants or sub-award management, access to finance, or livestock value chain development.
Experience supporting grants, cost-share arrangements, sub-awards, or catalytic funding mechanisms under donor-funded projects, including USDA, USAID, or similar international donors, is highly desirable.
This position is for Ethiopian nationals exclusively. Fluency in English is required. Professional command of Amharic, Oromiffa and Somali languages is a plus.
✅Job Advertisement:2. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator - Regional
Location: Sidama Region Hawassa and South Ethiopia Region- Arabminch, Ethiopia
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in related discipline and minimum of eight years of related work experience.
Advanced degree in monitoring and evaluation, statistics, agricultural economics, development studies, or related field preferred
At least five years of progressively responsible MEL experience in donor-funded programs, (USDA, USAID, or similar preferred).
Strong background in mixed-methods evaluation design and implementation, including large-scale baseline and endline studies.
Experience in agricultural or livestock value chains and market system development program is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to data management and mentor and partner capacity building.
Experience with and demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making
Excellent computer and technology skills of mobile data collection platforms (e.g. Commcare or ODK) and statistical analysis software packages (e.g. STATA, SPSS, or similar)

Location: Sidama Region Hawassa and South Ethiopia Region- Arabminch, Ethiopia
Qualifications
BSc degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant practical experience, or MSc degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in livestock production, agricultural economics, agribusiness, agricultural extension, or related fields.
Demonstrated technical expertise in Market Systems Development (MSD), private sector engagement, and cooperative development and management.
Proven experience in building strong relationships and trust among private sector actors, livestock producers, cooperatives, and public institutions.
Experience working with donor-funded livestock development and marketing projects, preferably in the target regions, with prior experience in USAID and /or USDA funded projects considered an advantage.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
BSc degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Agricultural Extension, or Veterinary Science (DVM), or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience; OR
MSc degree in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience in livestock development, agribusiness, or agricultural extension programs.
