Olive Branch Organization invites experienced trainers and service providers specializing in Resin Art and the production of marketable resin products to apply for the delivery of practical vocational training under the HEAR Project in Gaziantep, Türkiye.

The training aims to promote women’s economic participation and support participants in developing sustainable income-generating opportunities.

Scope of Work

The selected trainer or service provider will deliver practical vocational training that enables participants to design and produce high-quality, marketable resin products.

The training will cover resin product design and production, as well as basic concepts related to product costing, pricing, branding, packaging, and marketing.

The training will be implemented as follows:

* 2 training groups * 20 participants in each group * 5 training sessions for each group * 10 training sessions in total * Duration of each session: 4 hours * Total implementation period: 5 weeks

Pacifismo ideologia della guerra totale: una lettura schmittiana

Secondo Carl Schmitt, il paradosso del pacifismo è che, nel tentativo di eliminare la guerra dalla storia, finisce per trasformarla nella sua forma più estrema. La sua critica si colloca agli antipodi della teoria della "guerra giusta", che Schmitt considera propria dell'universalismo umanitario e del pacifismo politico (quando non inserita in un pensiero teologico).

Per Schmitt la guerra è una possibilità costitutiva dell'esistenza politica e non può essere abolita semplicemente attraverso l'imposizione di principi che si vogliono morali e assoluti. Quando si rifiuta di riconoscerlo come un fatto umano politico, il conflitto non scompare di certo. Il nemico non viene più considerato un avversario legittimo, con il quale è possibile combattere, negoziare e infine concludere la pace, ma viene trasformato in un "criminale" o in un "nemico dell'umanità".

Questa trasformazione rappresenta, secondo Schmitt, la premessa della guerra totale. Se il conflitto viene interpretato come una lotta tra il bene e il male, anziché tra due soggetti politici reciprocamente riconosciuti, il nemico cessa di essere un interlocutore e diventa un male assoluto da eliminare. La guerra perde così ogni limite e tende a giustificare l'annientamento dell'avversario in nome dell'umanità, della pace o della giustizia.

Schmitt contrappone questa logica allo Jus Publicum Europaeum, l'ordine giuridico nato nella modernità europea e descritto nel suo capolavoro, "Il Nomos della terra". In quel sistema gli Stati si riconoscevano reciprocamente come soggetti sovrani e il nemico conservava uno status giuridico e politico. Proprio questo riconoscimento reciproco rendeva possibile limitare la violenza, distinguere tra combattenti e civili e, soprattutto, concludere la guerra attraverso la pace.

A giudizio di Schmitt, tale equilibrio entrò in crisi con la Prima guerra mondiale, quando, nella sua interpretazione, le potenze anglosassoni iniziarono a presentare il conflitto come una guerra combattuta in nome dell'umanità. In questo modo, la tradizionale "guerra contro il nemico" lasciò il posto alla "guerra contro il malvagio": un conflitto in cui l'avversario non è più semplicemente un altro Stato, ma un soggetto moralmente delegittimato, la cui eliminazione appare non solo lecita, ma doverosa.

In questa prospettiva, il pacifismo non rappresenta dunque il superamento della guerra, bensì la sua radicalizzazione. Proprio perché pretende di combattere in nome dell'umanità intera, esso finisce per legittimare guerre prive dei limiti che caratterizzavano il diritto internazionale classico.

According to the latest data from Ember and Global Energy Monitor, clean energy sources now total 331.7 gigawatts of installed capacity, compared with 302.0 gigawatts from fossil fuels. This marks the first occasion on which non-fossil sources have held the majority share of India’s utility-scale power capacity.

Solar power accounts for the largest portion of the clean energy total, reaching approximately 211 gigawatts. Recent additions have been rapid: between 2025 and mid-2026 India installed nearly 80 gigawatts of clean capacity while fossil capacity grew by only about 5.4 gigawatts.

Although coal plants continue to supply the majority of actual electricity generation because of their ability to operate continuously, the shift in installed capacity represents a significant milestone in India’s energy transition.

Официально тему подняла председатель подкомитета по безопасности и обороне Европарламента Мари-Агнес Штрак-Циммерман в интервью немецкой Frankfurter Rundschau. По её словам, Франция, Италия и Испания категорически против тотального бана, скандинавы, поляки и прибалты требуют "строгого общеевропейского решения", Германия не в восторге от идеи, но поддержит.

Сама Еврокомиссия тихо, но методично готовит хитрую конструкцию. Вместо тотального запрета, упирающегося в юридические и политические вето, Брюссель намерен осенью ввести обязательное приложение к единой шенгенской анкете - дополнительный опрос, который каждый россиянин должен будет подписать.

Речь о двух блоках: проситель визы гарантирует, что не осуществляет прямую и любую косвенную поддержку ВС РФ, а также осуждает "вторжение и вооруженную агрессию РФ против Украины" - об этом сообщило турецкое радио со ссылкой на источники в своём МИД.

Для этого уже готова архитектура. В февральской визовой стратегии ЕС зафиксирован механизм "целевых обязательных визовых ограничений" для граждан "враждебных" третьих стран, в том числе приостанавливать или отклонять заявления на туризм и частные визиты. А 30 июня представитель ЕК Маркус Ламмерт конкретизировал: готовятся обновлённые рекомендации по выдаче виз.

То есть формально въезд будет открыт, если подписал бумагу, но если у тебя найдут лайки военкоров, сборы для армии или БАРС, депортируют по статье 32(2) Визового кодекса ЕС. Не за политику, а за "ложные сведения".

Мотивация Анкары прозрачна: если россияне испугаются подписывать бумагу с осуждением (в России за это грозит статья), туристический поток переориентируется на Турцию.
