В преддверии Дня языков народов Российской Федерации директор Фонда «Тотальный диктант» Вячеслав Беляков и директор Дома народов России Анна Полежаева подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве.

➡️Мы договорились объединить усилия по поддержке и развитию национальных языков России в рамках образовательной и научно-просветительской деятельности.

🔻Тотальный диктант с 2023 года можно написать на национальных языках в рамках проекта «Тот.Язык».

🔻В 2026 году текст Алексея Варламова был переведен на 27 языков, а за всю историю проекта в акции участвовали носители 45 языков.

«Языки не должны становиться артефактами. Мы должны создавать для носителей условия, в которых они смогут пользоваться своими языками в обычной жизни.

Организация культурных и просветительских мероприятий — один из инструментов, который показывает эффективность. Участники проекта „Тот.Язык“ каждый год благодарят нас за возможность пообщаться с носителями своего языка и практиковаться.

Я уверен, что совместно с Федеральным агентством по делам национальностей и Домом народов России мы и дальше будем помогать людям включать их родные языки в повседневность», — отметил директор Фонда «Тотальный диктант» Вячеслав Беляков.

➡️8 сентября при поддержке Фонда «Тотальный диктант» в 72 субъектах Российской Федерации пройдет диктант на национальных языках «Россия — дом народов» по текстам Расула Гамзатова.

Тотальный диктант пройдет по всему миру 10 апреля 2027 года. Его автором стал писатель Дмитрий Данилов. Уже в пятый раз текст диктанта можно будет написать на национальных языках в рамках проекта «Тот.Язык».

A solo 3 días de alcanzar el pico estadístico de la temporada de huracanes en el Atlántico, la temporada 2026 presenta hasta ahora una actividad muy inferior a la climatología 1991–2020 en términos de cantidad, intensidad y duración de los ciclones.

Los datos principales de la temporada hasta hoy son: • 5 tormentas tropicales nombradas; • 0 huracanes; • 0 huracanes de gran intensidad; • ≈4,4 ×10⁴ kt² de ACE; • ≈10% del ACE climatológico correspondiente a la fecha.

Los cinco ciclones tropicales nombrados han sido: 1. Arthur — tormenta tropical, 17–18 junio. 2. Bertha — tormenta tropical, 19–23 julio. 3. Cristobal — tormenta tropical, 12–13 agosto. 4. Dolly — tormenta tropical, 27–28 agosto. 5. Edouard — tormenta tropical, 31 agosto–2 septiembre.

El resultado es una temporada con pocos sistemas, escasa longevidad y ausencia total de huracanes, lo que explica el ACE extremadamente bajo.

El índice ACE, (Energía Ciclónica Acumulada, siglas en inglés) integra simultáneamente la intensidad y duración de los ciclones tropicales y mide la actividad ciclónica estacional total. De acuerdo a éste índice, el estado general de la temporada ciclónica hasta el día de hoy es de un comportamiento muy por debajo de lo normal con un ACE de un 90% por debajo del valor climatológico de referencia para esta fecha (ver el gráfico adjunto).

El océano atlántico tropical continúa proporcionando energía termodinámica suficiente para la formación de ciclones (la temperatura de la superficie del mar está ligeramente por encima de lo normal), pero las condiciones atmosféricas asociadas a El Niño están reduciendo considerablemente la eficiencia con que esa energía puede transformarse en actividad ciclónica.

El Niño, que se clasifica como fuerte, modifica la circulación atmosférica favoreciendo sobre el Atlántico un incremento de la cizalladura vertical del viento y alterando la convección tropical.

Aunque la temperatura de la superficie del mar sea adecuada, el ambiente dinámico impede que una perturbación tropical mantenga una circulación cerrada y una convección profunda organizada.

El resultado es una atmósfera menos favorable para la génesis e intensificación de ciclones tropicales con una actividad ciclónica extraordinariamente baja.

A pesar de esto hay que tener presente que una temporada excepcionalmente inactiva hasta hoy 7 de septiembre no implica que el resto de septiembre–noviembre vaya a permanecer necesariamente pasivo.

En los próximos 7 días no se espera la formación de ciclones tropicales.

🐍 Как улучшить читаемость кода в Python?

Читаемый код - это не роскошь, а необходимость. Если ваш код трудно понять, даже если он работает, это плохой код. Сегодня разберем несколько простых, но мощных приемов, которые сделают ваш код более понятным.

1️⃣ Используйте говорящие имена переменных Плохой пример:

a = 10 b = 20 c = a + b

Хороший пример:

2️⃣ Разбивайте код на функции Вместо длинных кусков кода, используйте функции:

Теперь код можно переиспользовать и проще тестировать.

3️⃣ Следуйте PEP 8 Форматирование кода влияет на его читаемость. Например, пробелы вокруг операторов делают код более понятным:

Пользуйтесь black или flake8, чтобы следить за стилем.

4️⃣ Избегайте магических чисел Если в коде встречаются непонятные числа, лучше заменить их на константы:

In FY24, they had made a capital expenditure of Rs. 28.3 trillion, showing an annual growth of 2.65 per cent, as per the detailed Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) figures for FY25 released by the ministry. On the other hand, government capital spending slowed to 10.2 per cent in FY25 from 18.5 per cent in FY24, while total investment growth held at 8.2 per cent in FY25 compared to 9 per cent in year ago period. Total investments in fixed assets stood at Rs 99.76 trillion in FY25. "Capital expenditure of state governments has actually moderated to manage the fiscal deficits," according to Madan Sabnavis, chief economist at Bank of Baroda. He said that the slowdown in public investment reflected a step by states to rein in their finances and keep deficit in check. Machinery and equipment is the single largest slice of corporate investment at nearly half the total, with growth rebounding to about 6 per cent from barely 1 per cent a year earlier.

Многие в панике бегут в магазины за едкой химией или хлоркой. Мои хорошие, остановитесь! Вся эта химия при мытье стекол стечет прямо в вашу драгоценную землю, убив напрочь всю полезную микрофлору, дождевых червей и превратив живой грунт в мертвую пустыню.

К счастью, есть копеечное, абсолютно безопасное и невероятно мощное народное средство, которое отмоет поликарбонат до скрипа и надежно уничтожит грибки, не навредив ни единому червячку!

⚠️ ТРИ СЕКРЕТА ЧИСТОЙ ТЕПЛИЦЫ:

1. 🌱 Горчица — природный антисептик: Сухой горчичный порошок в паре с хозяйственным мылом творит чудеса. Мыло создает щелочную среду, которую органические патогены и грибки на дух не переносят, а горчица идеально растворяет зеленый налет, липкую паутину и работает как мягкий дезинфектор.

2. Тотальная зачистка веревок: Прежде чем мыть стены, обязательно срежьте и выбросьте весь старый шпагат и подвязки. На них зимует до 80% всех тепличных инфекций. Стирать их бесполезно — только в костер!

3. Никаких железных щеток: Мойте поликарбонат только мягкой губкой или поролоновой шваброй. Поцарапанный пластик со временем помутнеет и перестанет пропускать драгоценный весенний свет.

📋 Что подготовить для волшебного раствора (на 10 литров воды):

• Горчичный порошок — 2 ст. ложки с хорошей горкой;

• Хозяйственное мыло (72%) — 100 г (натертое на терке) или 3 ст. ложки жидкого мыла;

• Вода теплая — 10 литров.

(Тщательно растворите мыло и горчицу в теплой воде до образования обильной пены).

🛠️ ПОШАГОВЫЙ ПЛАН ОСЕННЕЙ УБОРКИ:

• Шаг 1. Тотальная зачистка: Вынесите из теплицы всю отплодоносившую ботву, сорняки, старые доски и ящики. Земля должна остаться абсолютно пустой.

• Шаг 2. Нанесение «эко-пены»: Мягкой губкой или шваброй щедро нанесите горчично-мыльный раствор на весь каркас, стены и потолок теплицы. Оставьте пену поработать на 15–20 минут, чтобы въевшаяся грязь и зеленый налет полностью размокли.

• Шаг 3. Ополаскивание: Протрите поверхности еще раз чистой губкой и обильно смойте пену чистой водой из шланга.

• Шаг 4. Проветривание: Оставьте все двери и форточки теплицы настежь на несколько дней, чтобы поликарбонат и земля полностью просохли.

Главный плюс этого метода: даже если часть мыльно-горчичного раствора попадет в почву при мытье нижних частей стен, она не только не навредит земле, но и послужит легким органическим питанием для полезных почвенных бактерий!

А когда теплица высохнет, можно засеять грядки горчицей-сидератом или пролить почву «Фитоспорином» — и ваша кормилица уйдет в зиму абсолютно здоровой.

Leaked courses from Andrew Tate's private club, the War Room, reveal far more than money-making tips and dating advice. Members were being taught how to bribe officials, spot surveillance, and dig up compromising material on wealthy and powerful people, all while the Tate brothers sit in a Miami federal detention centre fighting extradition to the United Kingdom.

7️⃣ How the leak happened

An anonymous security researcher uncovered the materials while examining the publicly visible code behind Tate's infrastructure. No hacking was required: the sites themselves exposed internal links and technical metadata, and part of the supposedly private content remained accessible due to poorly configured protections. In total, the researcher found more than 12 TB of material. The collective DDoSecrets described an archive of 11.16 TB containing over 100,000 files, though access to this collection is granted only to journalists and researchers.

Part of the War Room material is already public. In June, DDoSecrets published around 19.55 GB of video courses, and back in December 2024 it released 75 recordings of closed meetings and events totalling 14.9 GB. The new discovery significantly expands what's known about the project's internal media library.

📚 Courses on bribery and counter-surveillance

One of the most striking programs, called Operator, instructed participants on how to bribe government employees abroad. For low-ranking police officers, the course suggested modest payments of between $20 and $50. It also covered how to behave during interrogations and taught counter-surveillance techniques, including ways to notice when someone might be following you.

Another closed course, Penetrating the Elite, proposed applying intelligence-style tactics against wealthy and influential individuals. Students were told to find a target's weak spots, get close to them, and turn the information gathered into leverage during business negotiations. The materials claimed this approach had already been used against a well-known Hollywood director, a UFC athlete, a Fortune 500 executive and an Arab billionaire. There is no independent confirmation of these claims.

🕹 Controlling women

Separate lessons focused on relationships. Women were categorised by their supposed degree of vulnerability, and members were encouraged to control their partner's social circle, clothing, daily routine and even diet. The Date Magnet System course taught men to build an attractive but artificial lifestyle image and to approach roughly 20 women a day.

If you're concerned about your own privacy in a world where surveillance tactics like these are being sold as courses, some basics go a long way: use end-to-end encrypted messaging, limit what personal information you share publicly, watch for repeated strangers or vehicles around you, disable location tracking on apps you don't trust, and never assume that a private community online keeps its contents private.
