Все беды жителей Украины будут напрасными, если мы не вынесем для себя уроков. Если мы будем так же отстраненно взирать на собственную государственную систему, безудержно хаять ее почем зря и не критиковать там, где действительно нужно исправлять проблемы. 10 лет по меркам государства - это вообще не срок. Но вот Украина за это время превратилась из какого-то подобия государства в абсолютную банановую республику без бананов. У нас дураков на сто лет припасено, а дураки, как известно, любят учиться на своих ошибках. Умным же обязательно нужно смотреть "чо там у хохлов", анализировать и делать выводы.

На моем веку одно государство мы уже просрали, последствия чего пожинаем до сих пор и еще долго будем пожинать. Конечно, кое-что мы усвоили, в отличие от хохлов. Они страдают потому что необучаемые, а вот мы пострадаем, потому что не хотим учимся (по крайней мере, многие из тех, кто недоволен моим вниманием к Украине). По большому счету, Украина потеряла государственность и суверенитет лишь по одной причине - к власти там пришли люди, которые руководствовались чем угодно, но только не государственными интересами. А на население им вообще начхать.

На продажу выставлено все: от земли и недр, до инфраструктуры и населения, которое хватают, как бродячих собак на улицах и отправляют насильно обеспечивать процесс распродажи. Президентская власть узурпирована, законодательная и судебная парализованы в силу тотальной коррупции. Силовые ведомства делят сферы влияния, население нищает, вымирает и бежит прочь, бюджет тотально в долгах, СМИ врут в цвет, а "справжни патриоты" устраивают театрализованные представления о том, как они вот уже почти победили Россию.

Мы вряд ли еще когда-нибудь сможем быть свидетелями таких откровенных процессов, когда ограбление европейского населения и распродажа Украины происходят практически открыто. Украинское государство прекращает свое существование, и некоторых недоумков у нас в стране стоит прямо рожей тыкать в Украину, чтобы они именно сейчас внимательно смотрели на то, к каким последствиям привело такое поведение и к каким еще более ужасающим скоро приведет, и мотали на ус.

Трагическая судьба этой территории и населения должны научить нас хоть чему-то. Помочь найти ответы на вопросы: зачем существует государство, какой толк от суверенитета, и почему важно не терять достоинства и не преклоняться перед чужими культурами. Может, хоть кто-то из тех, кто писал: "...пили бы в баварское", осознает, что не пили бы, а тупо гнили бы в лесопосадках, умирая за чужие интересы. Смотреть на Украину просто так из любопытства, разумеется, смысла не много. Надо смотреть и учиться как делать не надо.

🔹 9. LEAD()

LEAD() does the opposite.

It allows you to access the next row.

Useful for:

• Comparing future periods

• Customer activity

• Event sequences

• Next purchase analysis

🔹 10. Running Total

A running total continuously accumulates values.

SELECT Order_Date, Sales, SUM(Sales) OVER ( ORDER BY Order_Date ROWS BETWEEN UNBOUNDED PRECEDING AND CURRENT ROW ) AS Running_Sales FROM Orders;

Example: 10,000 → 15,000 → 22,000 becomes 10,000 → 25,000 → 47,000

🔹 11. Running Total by Region

You can combine PARTITION BY with a running total.

SELECT Region, Order_Date, Sales, SUM(Sales) OVER ( PARTITION BY Region ORDER BY Order_Date ROWS BETWEEN UNBOUNDED PRECEDING AND CURRENT ROW ) AS Regional_Running_Sales FROM Orders;

Each region gets its own running total.

🔹 12. Moving Average

A moving average helps identify trends while reducing short-term fluctuations.

SELECT Sales_Month, Sales, AVG(Sales) OVER ( ORDER BY Sales_Month ROWS BETWEEN 2 PRECEDING AND CURRENT ROW ) AS Three_Month_Avg FROM Monthly_Sales;

This calculates a 3-month moving average.

Useful for:

📈 Sales trends,

📊 Revenue analysis,

📦 Demand forecasting,

👥 Customer activity

🔹 13. NTILE()

NTILE() divides rows into approximately equal groups.

For example, divide customers into four sales groups:

SELECT Customer_ID, Total_Sales, NTILE(4) OVER ( ORDER BY Total_Sales DESC ) AS Sales_Quartile FROM Customers;

This can help identify:

• Top 25% customers

• Bottom 25% customers

• Customer segments

• Performance groups

🔹 14. Removing Duplicates

Window functions are also extremely useful for deduplication.

WITH Ranked_Data AS ( SELECT *, ROW_NUMBER() OVER ( PARTITION BY Customer_ID, Order_Date, Sales ORDER BY Order_ID ) AS rn FROM Orders )

SELECT * FROM Ranked_Data WHERE rn = 1;

This keeps the first record from each duplicate group.

🔹 15. Why Window Functions Cannot Usually Be Used Directly in WHERE

This won't generally work:

SELECT Employee, RANK() OVER (ORDER BY Salary DESC) AS Salary_Rank FROM Employees WHERE Salary_Rank <= 3;

Why?

Because the window calculation happens after the filtering stage.

Instead, use a CTE:

WITH Ranked AS ( SELECT Employee, Salary, RANK() OVER ( ORDER BY Salary DESC ) AS Salary_Rank FROM Employees ) SELECT * FROM Ranked WHERE Salary_Rank <= 3;

This is another reason CTEs + Window Functions are such a powerful combination.

How do animals react to a total solar eclipse? The featured image shows a stork roosting on her nest in Poland at a partial phase of the recent total solar eclipse. If you are lucky enough to experience a total eclipse somewhere quiet and close to nature, you may be able to notice unusual daytime animal behaviors. During totality, you may hear nighttime sounds like crickets and frogs and see fireflies. In the dark, most birds are quiet. Thinking that it is time to go to bed, ducks and other waterfowl prepare to sleep on one leg, with their heads turned around and their beaks tucked into their back feathers (they don't really sleep with their heads tucked under one wing). When sunlight returns at the end of totality, songbirds greet the new "morning" with their dawn songs. The crickets and frogs go quiet again. Animals and people resume their lifes, only briefly disturbed by the chance alignment of our Sun and Moon.

În ultimii 11 ani am interacționat cu mii de părinți din țară și din străinătate, însă în ultimii 3-4 ani am auzit atâtea cazuri de adolescenți care au clacat psihic din cauza expunerii prelungite în fața telefoanelor "smart" /consolelor video, încât trebuie să recunosc că situația este foarte gravă. Cabinetele și spitalele de psihiatrie pediatrică sunt PLINE OCHI!

Așadar, sunt tot mai mulți adolescenți opoziționiști și înrăiți care efectiv NU știu cum să relaționeze cu cei din jur sau cum să comporte în societate, iar cei mai mulți dintre ei se culcă foarte târziu și nu dorm decât câteva ore pe noapte din cauza expunerii permanente la lumina albastră a gadgeturilor "smart".

Iar dimineața se trezesc fără niciun chef de viață, fiind total blazați și demotivați, neavând chef să facă nimic constructiv și lâncezind cu orele pe telefoane, dar fără a fi angrenați în vreo formă de interacțiune socială cu cei din jur. Când îi întrebi de școală, de vreun hobby sau de un sport pe care ar trebui să îl practice orice adolescent, te iau imediat în zeflemea și îți spun că nu le trebuie, alegând în schimb să stea toată ziua în camerele lor pe telefon fără să își dorească în vreun fel să iasă afară din casă. Si nici nu sunt dornici să își facă noi prieteni, ceea ce este îngrijorător, omul fiind o ființă socială până la urmă.

Unii dintre ei încep să capete diverse ticuri, în timp ce alții manifestă un comportament anxios, lăsându-ți impresia că ei nu se pot bucura de nimic în această viață. Practic, ei sunt total indispuși și indiferenți cu zilele, aceste stări deloc normale perpetuându-se uneori pe parcursul lunilor sau anilor.

Din păcate, trebuie să știți că de la această stare psihică depresivă și până la tentativele de autovătămare nu este o cale foarte lungă, de aceea insist pe ideea de a NU-i lăsa pe acești copii în fața telefoanelor/ consolelor video, deoarece în timp dezvoltă o lipsă totală de empatie față de semenii lor, în loc să își dorească să capete noi experiențe de viață care să le producă o stare de fericire interioară.

Nu-i lăsați în pace până la vârsta adolescenței și ocupați-vă de ei încă de mici, fiindcă ulterior nu-i mai puteți recupera nici măcar în cabinetele de psihiatrie. Hobby-urile și sporturile se practică lejer de către un copil după vârsta de 5-7 ani și dacă încep cu dreptul, atunci scad șansele de a-i mai vedea cu orele pe telefoane. O oră de sport produce în organism o cantitate uriasă de hormoni ai fericirii care îl vor echilibra instantaneu pe copil! Eu vă sugerez să le ocupați timpul într-o formă constructivă, că să aibă și ei o motivație personală.

Mergeți împreună cu ei în diverse locații culturale, rugați-vă la biserică, vizitați diverse muzee, practicați un sport împreună, ieșiți cât mai des în natură, jucați Remi, Șah, cărți, completați Integrame, citiți, ascultați o muzică de calitate și împărtășiți cu ei cât mai multe din experiențele voastre REALE, astfel încât să nu-i pierdeți din atenție.

Dacă îi veți lăsa singuri de dimineața și până când veți ajunge seara acasă, vă GARANTEZ că ei nu își vor scoate capul din ecranele telefoanelor. Vara este o perioadă dificilă, mai ales că ei stau acasă aproape 3 luni, dar nu ratati aceste luni și încercați să-i înscrieți la tot felul de cluburi/cursuri educative care presupun o implicare directă a copilului în viața REALĂ, singura care le poate asigura o dozare optimă a hormonilor fericirii.

Vă sugerez să acționați URGENT,astfel încât să nu ajungeți în situațiile disperate pe care le întâlnim foarte frecvent, mai ales după ce a avut loc experimentul plandemiei.
