Представниці КУ «Агенція розвитку Василівської громади» ВМР ЗО Олександра Гречко та ГО «Молодь у русі» Олена Прокопенко долучилися до триденного тренінгу, спрямованого на посилення економічної спроможності молоді.
Протягом трьох днів учасники та учасниці опрацьовували практичні інструменти економічного розвитку: від пошуку та перевірки ідей, дослідження потреб клієнтів і ринку до розробки бізнес-моделі, фінансового планування, просування та пошуку можливостей фінансування.
Участь у тренінгу стала можливістю отримати нові практичні знання, інструменти та напрацювання, які можуть бути корисними для подальшої роботи й розвитку економічної спроможності молоді громади.

#UNDP_Ukraine #youth #recovery __ Representatives of the Municipal Institution “Vasylivka Community Development Agency” of the Vasylivka City Council, Oleksandra Hrechko, and the NGO “Youth in Motion”, Olena Prokopenko, took part in a three-day training focused on strengthening the economic capacity of young people.
During the three days, the participants worked with practical tools for economic development. They learned how to find and test ideas, study customer and market needs, develop a business model, plan finances, promote a business, and find funding opportunities.
The training was an opportunity to gain new practical knowledge, tools, and experience. This knowledge can be useful for future work and for strengthening the economic capacity of young people in the community.
The training series on strengthening young people’s economic self-а reliance is implemented within the UNDP Ukraine portfolio of regional recovery projects, with the support of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
