Position Summary
The Finance officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the Company by maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, preparing accounting reports, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company financial policies. The incumbent assists in financial reporting, payroll processing, tax administration, inventory accounting, and audit preparation while maintaining proper documentation and internal controls.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
0–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in a Private Limited Company (PLC) environment is preferred.
Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

Position Summary
The Senior Procurement/Purchase Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities in accordance with approved budgets, internal policies, contractual requirements, and applicable Ethiopian procurement and commercial practices.
The position ensures that goods, equipment, materials, and services are procured at the right quality, quantity, price, and time, while maintaining transparency, competitiveness, proper documentation, and effective supplier relationships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Accounting, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Position Summary
The Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing software applications. The role covers both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, cloud deployment, and software architecture. The incumbent provides technical leadership, mentors junior developers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that meet organizational and customer needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, information system or related field
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js)
Experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, .NET Core)
Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL)
Familiarity with micro services architecture
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in fullstack software development
