Perché?

Quindi, perché Telegram è stata isolata?
Negli ultimi due anni, abbiamo osservato un modello emergere in diversi paesi: Telegram viene silenziosamente pressata per concedere favori politici, come la censura illegale o la sorveglianza. «Но даже полный блекаут не приведёт к коллапсу фронта!» (плюс производные: «Даже отключение отопления в Киеве не приведёт к коллапсу фронта», «Даже полная блокада Одессы не приведёт к коллапсу фронта ВСУ» и т.д.)
Это не невинные соображения, нет, это набросы с прицелом на то, чтобы подтолкнуть к «массовой бестолковщине 2.0» в России, под предлогом того, что вот если на Украину таки двинуть «миллионы, русские миллионы», вырванных из экономики людей, то вот тогда (и только тогда) можно будет добиться «коллапса фронта», а дальше уже можно будет идти до Львова, потому что а как иначе (дроны же будут оттуда лететь), а там уже можно и до Бискайского залива.
Ещё более тупой тезис: «Да Брюссель и Лондон просто денег напечатают, ничего эти удары по украинскому бюджету, экономике и инфраструктуре не решат».
Вот это уже прямо тотальная профнепригодность. Европейская комиссия с огромными проблемами собрала 90 (60 на «военку», 30 на «гражданку-бюджетку») миллиардов евро кредита (!) на 2026-2027 ПОД ГАРАНТИИ БЮДЖЕТА ЕС (не национальных бюджетов, а бюджета самой как бы Еврокомиссии, который в целом составляет примерно 190 миллиардов евро в год и который тратится до последней копейки). Они хотели бы дать больше, но разместить больше облигаций «под честное слово Урсулы фон дер Ляйен» не получается, рынок просто не берёт, а ЕЦБ (т.е. самые владельцы печатного станка евро) — в отличие от ковид-кризиса — не хотят печатать евро, несмотря на всё давление коллективного Макрона-Мерца-поляков-британцев и т.д. для финансирования украинской авантюры.
Для понимания объёмов: если удастся вот просто уничтожить украинский сельхозэкспорт, то ущерб — это «на глаз» примерно ~23 миллиарда евро в год. Это как 2/3 денег, потраченных ЕС на все гражданско-бюджетные нужды хохлов ЗА ДВА ГОДА. Если удастся положить металлургический экспорт, это примерно 5 миллиардов евро в год «на глаз». Если заставить Евросоюз с Лондоном прямо «кормить» (вот закупать еду и отправлять её через Польшу на Украину, под огнём) десятки миллионов украинского населения, то страшно себе представить, сколько это будет стоить. А если заставить Евросоюз кормить и размещать хотя бы 5-10 миллионов украинских беженцев, то продолжение украинской авантюры будет невероятно политически токсичным. На глаз сейчас страны ЕС тратят примерно 40 миллиардов евро в год на то, чтобы как-то иметь дело с уже находящимися там украинцами, а если туда загнать хотя бы миллионов 5-10 (через необитаемость украинских мегаполисов), то это уже будут суммы, точно сильно выходящие за рамки 100 миллиардов в год. Заставить европейских избирателей взвыть от украинской проблемы в их ежендевной жизни — лучший способ «принести войну европейцам домой» без рисков нарваться на ядерный размен, которого (имхо) так сильно жаждут некоторые российские эксперты, призывающие бомбить условный Гданьск.
Кстати, насчёт варианта «а европейцы просто не будут беженцев пускать к себе, оставят их умирать от голода на Украине и будут снимать слезливые репортажи на BBC» — прекрасно, это будет (а) полностью на имидже Брюсселя и Лондона, которые будут выглядеть как нищие и непрестижные подонки (быть нищим и непрестижным намного хуже, чем подонком) и (б) это будет отличным deterrence для других стран, которые смогут понаблюдать за схемой: «Элита Папуасии поверила Гарри Поттерам, а дальше города обезлюдели, бизнес элит сдох под «Искандерами», холопы умирают от голода и с них нечего даже взять в рамках коррупционных схем». Идеально для того, чтобы минимизировать риск необходимости повторять СВО где-нибудь ещё на просторах СНГ.
P.S.: Насчёт нашего имиджа переживать не стоит. Точнее, стоит, но только в том случае, если победят сторонники «бестолковщины 2.0». Дураков действительно не уважают. Уничтожающих города — боятся.

Is the French investigation against me political? It certainly fits the pattern we see elsewhere, mostly in authoritarian countries. And it definitely raises questions.
In time, this investigation may itself be investigated — especially now that Macron’s war against free speech is facing pushback. This month, France’s Constitutional Council struck down his social media ban for children under 15 on freedom-of-expression grounds.

В чем суть принятого решения и какова хронология событий? • Хронология закона: Проект закона о защите несовершеннолетних в цифровой среде был окончательно принят Парламентом 21 июля 2026 года.
• Цензура и решение президента: 14 августа 2026 года Конституционный совет Франции заблокировал ключевую статью документа о полном запрете социальных сетей для лиц младше 15 лет, посчитав её чрезмерным ограничением прав. Однако статья, касающаяся запрета смартфонов в лицеях, осталась без изменений.

🚨 Two years ago, I was detained in Paris by police for 3 days — the longest they can hold someone before charging them.
In an unprecedented move, French authorities accused the head of a major platform of crimes committed by its users.
That investigation is still ongoing, although it makes less sense with each passing year.
Why?
Because we now have extensive evidence that Telegram was neither worse than other popular platforms at moderation, nor the worst at cooperating with authorities.
So why was Telegram singled out?
Over the last two years, we have seen a pattern emerge in multiple countries: Telegram is quietly pressured to grant political favors — such as illegal censorship or surveillance. When we refuse, local media and “non-governmental” organizations launch orchestrated campaigns portraying Telegram as a cesspool of crime, from child pornography to terrorism.
Our moderation is no worse than that of other major platforms. Yet these campaigns instill the idea that Telegram should be persecuted or restricted.
Suddenly, officials start caring about crime and protecting children — but only on platforms that reject their secret political demands. Platforms that accept such deals get away with almost anything — including literally selling ads promoting child pornography.
Is the French investigation against me political? It certainly fits the pattern we see elsewhere, mostly in authoritarian countries. And it definitely raises questions.
In time, this investigation may itself be investigated — especially now that Macron’s war against free speech is facing pushback. This month, France’s Constitutional Council struck down his social media ban for children under 15 on freedom-of-expression grounds.
In the end, freedom and truth will prevail ✊
