Telegram proxy link checker
Paste a proxy link before you open it. See its server, port and secret type, the website a FakeTLS proxy pretends to be, anything that will stop it connecting, and whether it is in our live list of working proxies.
What it checks
- Format. Accepts tg://proxy and t.me/proxy links, SOCKS5 links, or server, port and secret separated by colons.
- Secret type. plain, dd or FakeTLS, in hex or base64. What the types mean.
- Disguise domain. For FakeTLS secrets, the website the traffic imitates. Only 5% of the working proxies in our list use FakeTLS.
- Mistakes. A secret cut off when copying, a missing port, a server that is not a valid address. These are the most common reasons a proxy never connects.
- Live status. Whether the proxy is among the working proxies our checker rechecks every 20 minutes.
What it cannot do
It does not connect to the proxy from your browser; a web page cannot open the kind of connection MTProto needs. Everything except the live-list lookup runs on your device, and the link you paste is not sent to us. The lookup downloads our public list and compares it in your browser.
A proxy missing from our list may still work: we only list proxies that have stayed up over many checks. To connect, tap Open in Telegram or follow how to add a proxy. If it will not connect, see proxy not connecting.
