Это не первый конфликт Индии с технологическими гигантами. Страна последовательно ужесточает регулирование контента, требуя от платформ соблюдения местных законов. Потеря статуса посредника лишит Meta правовой защиты, что грозит уголовным преследованием.

LA INDIA RENUNCIA A ORGANIZAR LA CONFERENCIA CLIMÁTICA

En un nuevo golpe a la farsa climática que se lleva representando más de 30 años, la India ha anunciado que retira su candidatura a organizar la conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre el cambio climático en 2028, la que será la COP33 (Conferencia de las Partes).

El anuncio ha pasado desapercibido en los principales medios de comunicación, pero ha causado honda preocupación en el movimiento climático. El primer ministro Narendra Modi presentó la candidatura india con gran ambición durante la COP28 de 2023 en Dubái. El mundo recibió la oferta como una señal de liderazgo climático por parte de las economías emergentes. Hace un año, la candidatura de la India recibió el apoyo de los otros países del grupo de los BRICS, Brasil (organizador de la COP30 ese año), Rusia, China y Sudáfrica. Por ello se daba por segura dicha organización en el año que le corresponde a un país de la región Asia-Pacífico de la ONU, tras la COP31 en Turquía este año y la COP32 en Etiopía el que viene.

El gobierno indio no ha dado ninguna explicación para su espantada, limitándose a decir que está revisando sus compromisos para 2028. Entre las posibles razones se especula con el fracaso de la cumbre de Belem (Brasil) el año pasado, el debilitamiento del movimiento climático mundial, el fracaso de la financiación climática para los países en desarrollo que solo cuenta con una pequeña parte del dinero prometido, y el escrutinio que supone para el país organizador, puesto que la India está aumentando muchísimo su consumo de carbón.

El movimiento milenarista climático, que predica el apocalipsis medioambiental si no se abandonan las emisiones de CO₂, alcanzó su cima en los acuerdos de París de 2015 y desde entonces no ha dejado de caer. La decisión de la India de no organizar la conferencia climática es un síntoma más de su decadencia.

META CONTROVERSY

1. Notice: Zuckerberg has been given three days to explain Meta's repeated actions that the NDA says have undermined Indian democracy, including the removal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's video.

2. Failure to respond will invite action: If Meta fails to provide a satisfactory explanation within three days, the NDA has demanded that the government revoke Meta's safe harbour protection and initiate legal proceedings against the company.

3. Uniform rules for all platforms: META platforms must comply with Indian laws relating to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and content violating laws protecting women.

4. Three-day takedown timeline: Any content violating these laws must be taken down within three days. Failure to comply should result in the withdrawal of safe harbour protection for the concerned platform.

5. Telangana Police: The NDA has sought immediate clearance for the Telangana Police to proceed with its action in the matter.

6. FIR details: The NDA has also sought to know who filed the FIR against the social media platforms.

Эта техника дает армии Пакистана мобильность, которая вряд ли достижима другими путями. В случае индо-пакистанского кризиса дальнобойная артиллерия ускоряет обмен ударами и повышает риск неверной оценки намерений противника.

КНР всегда поддерживает Пакистан как стратегический противовес Индии. Это вообще интересный урок политической грамотности. Как понять, что идут переговоры между Китаем и Индией? Очень просто: что-то происходит в Кашмире.

Доверять декларациям при этом нет никакой возможности.

Вот пример.

После встречи Моди и Си в Казани в октябре 2024 года страны объявили о шагах по восстановлению связей, а в июне–июле 2025 года китайский МИД публично призывал к добрососедству, взаимному уважению и неким общим интересам.

Всё это сопровождалось обострением в том же 2025 году.

Пекин в этот момент помогал Исламабаду с ПВО, разведывательной и спутниковой поддержкой. Особенно и не скрывая этого факта.

Поэтому переговоры идут полным ходом. Там есть предметная область: для Индии США остаются ключевым партнером по технологии, обороне и энергетике, а для Вашингтона Индия — основной азиатский балансир против КНР. В связи с турбулентностью новых тарифов от Белого дома Китаю необходимо перехватить инициативу.

Это и есть главный вопрос: удастся ли это сделать «последним аргументом»?

Не пора ли Малликарджуну Кхарге на заслуженный отдых? 86 лет — почтенный возраст. А заменить можно тем, кто действительно популярен.

Таких вопросов в Конгрессе никто задать не позволит. Инкорпорации протестных лидеров в парламентскую оппозицию не будет — слишком рискованно для стареющего руководства.
