Find active cricket Telegram channels: compare post dates with observation dates

Check dated recent posts and note when you observed them. “Last recorded post” in an old database row is a historical observation, not a live statement about the channel today.
Keep two clocks visible
The measurement date tells you when catalog metadata was observed. The last recorded post tells you what that observation knew. Months later, the pair cannot establish whether a feed resumed posting, went quiet or changed focus. Read the public preview separately.
Use a defined observation window
Our four preview samples were fetched on 18 October 2026. Two exposed a dated post from the preceding seven days; two exposed older latest dates. That is an observation about the visible samples, not proof that the other feeds are permanently inactive. Public previews can be incomplete or stale.

Check usefulness after activity
A fresh post may be an advertisement, an automated repost or unrelated material. Inspect whether a recent match produces relevant coverage. Posting frequency alone does not measure accuracy, editorial independence or notification speed. No single preview establishes a feed’s full season publishing calendar.

- Read the observation date beside the post date.
- Inspect actual recent content.
- Avoid calling a feed dead from an incomplete preview alone.

A preview can be incomplete or stale. Different sample windows do not measure comparable posts per day. Subscriber counts are historical; adding them does not produce unique audience.

No. Activity is separate from identity, accuracy and the relevance of what was published.
Why do some public previews look old?
The visible history may be old, incomplete or stale. The sample alone does not establish the cause.
