📌 Amnesty International: Индия поставила армии оккупации более 2,5 тысячи партий военной продукции

Amnesty International обвинила Индию в продолжении поставок оружия и военных компонентов армии оккупации, несмотря на риск их использования в преступлениях против населения Газы.

Согласно докладу «Made in India», с 7 октября 2023 года Индия отправила 2596 партий оружия, боеприпасов и военных компонентов. Часть продукции произведена государственными индийскими компаниями.

Правозащитная организация заявила, что такие поставки после решения Международного суда ООН по делу о риске геноцида могут нарушать международные обязательства Индии, и призвала немедленно прекратить весь военный экспорт в адрес армии оккупации.

Pegasus изнутри: шпионский комплекс

16 июля 2026 года Amnesty Security Lab выпустила подробный разбор Pegasus. Его основа — внутренние презентации, техническая документация и показания сотрудников NSO Group из судебного процесса WhatsApp и Meta против компании. Ключевые материалы собраны в GitHub-репозитории, где фрагменты связаны с исходными судебными документами.

Pegasus работает как распределённая система. Консоль оператора и хранилище похищенных данных размещаются у государственного заказчика, а NSO Group создаёт векторы заражения, обслуживает анонимизированную сеть доставки, регистрирует отдельные аккаунты и домены для клиентов и следит за сбоями через собственный центр мониторинга. Без постоянного участия поставщика комплекс быстро теряет работоспособность.

Оператор заводит "дело" и указывает номер телефона. Система определяет платформу, сеть, роуминг и доступные приложения, затем предлагает подходящий вектор. После заражения через панель доступны звонки, сообщения, почта, файлы, фотографии и учётные данные, а также команды на включение микрофона, камеры или получение геолокации.

Арсенал менялся вместе с мобильными платформами: от вредоносных ссылок и сетевой инъекции до zero-click-цепочек через WhatsApp, iMessage и другие компоненты iOS. Внутренние материалы подтверждают семейство Android-векторов Heaven, Eden и Erised под общим названием Hummingbird.

Отдельная инфраструктура каждого клиента стала слабым местом модели: повторяющиеся аккаунты и домены позволяют исследователям связывать атаки с одним заказчиком. Обновления способны ломать конкретные векторы, но поставщик разрабатывает новые. Поэтому людям с высоким риском патчи стоит сочетать с форензикой: следы могут оставлять даже неудачные попытки заражения.

➡️Pegasus Project: расследование OCCRP и технический разбор от Amnesty

16 июля OCCRP и Forbidden Stories опубликовали расследование, основанное на показаниях бывшего сотрудника марокканской DGST (агентство внутренней разведки и госбезопасности Марокко). В расследовании рассказывается, что Марокко использовало Pegasus с 2017 года, закупая доступ через частного посредника, чтобы скрыть пряму связь. Часть сведений подтверждена другими бывшими сотрудниками разведки, документами и техническим анализом устройств. Журналистам удалось идентифицировать компанию-посредника FSSYS Maroc по описанию её структуры, адресу и сотрудникам (название отличалось на одно слово))). В целом, материал интересный с точки зрения разбора методов и способов работы разведорганов в целом, и применения шпионского ПО в частности.

⏩Все эти опсеки и прочая анонимность - это прекрасно и даже важно. Но они не спасут от чувака в ваших рядах который всё сольёт (может за деньги, может от обидки или ещё почему-то). Это означает, что если вы занимаетесь какой-то деятельностью, информация о которой не должна стать достоянием зрительного зала, то во-первых - подбор сотрудников должен быть чуть более сложный чем по объявлению, во-вторых - старое, проверенное годами, правило не перестало работать: "Завербовать можно любого, вопрос в усилиях и целесообразности", что, в сою очередь, также создаёт требование к разграничению полномочий и контролю за кадрами⏪

➡️OpenSanctions и алгоритм поиска совпадений OFAC

OpenSanctions опубликовали технический разбор обратного проектирования публичного поискового алгоритма OFAC. Они собрали результаты поиска для сотен вариантов имён и выяснили, что OFAC, использует старую реализацию алгоритма Jaro–Winkler (алгоритм сравнения строк), отличающуюся от современных библиотек. OpenSanctions утверждают, что их собственная реализация воспроизводит результаты OFAC примерно с 96-процентной точностью и дополнительно учитывает противоречия в стране, дате рождения, поле и идентификаторах

⏩Для OSINT в обычном понимании, это мало-приминимо, или применимо только с точки зрения верификации личности. Но если вам приходится разрабатывать инструменты в которых присутствует оценка совпадений, сопоставление транслитераций, псевдонимов и названий - очень стоит почитать⏪

Само обновление просто багфикс. Суть не в нём. MailAccess - это не так давно появившееся приложение для изучения адресов электронной почты (поиск, сбор информации, анализ и т.д.). Выглядит очень перспективно. Это вариант, когда надо не просто быстро проверить, а именно вдумчиво и комплексно изучить.
