The files also return to Ukraine, where more than 500 surrogate infants were reported stranded after foreign clients were blocked during pandemic travel bans. Obama is also placed with the Luciferian Milwaukee Boaters Club and Thomas Orinn Church, a Freemason close to Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden.
The same map reaches John Reagan. In 2009, five-year-old HaLeigh Cummings vanished in Florida as figures in Broward County claimed to search for her. Reagan was later labeled CIA and FBI. Wayanne Kruger and Reagan have been accused of moving children since the late 1960s through churches and embassy routes. Names tied to that alleged web include Pentagon and Air Force channels, Mike Pence, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, John McCain, Charlie Crist, and Pam Bondi.
Next come the Druidic Council, the Council of 300, and the Council Seats. George Soros held the Phoenix of the Council chair until May 2021, when the seat was said to pass to Barack H. Obama. Each member is said to run a quadrant like a board of directors, split into Lower Chambers and upper groups numbered 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 21.
Ally Carter said she was sold more than once to Vice President Joe Biden and first met him under the Getty Museum. She also alleged Obama abused her while she was a minor. The same circle notes the Obama team helped push out a Ukrainian prosecutor looking at trafficking tunnels, and that Devon Archer put Burisma on the record as the firm that paid Hunter Biden $83,000 a month.
