У учителей, чьи ученики изначально учились хуже, снизились и результаты учеников.

Подготовка урока тоже может оказаться важной частью работы самого преподавателя. Пока он готовится, он думает о конкретном классе, прошлых ошибках детей и о том, как завтра объяснить тему. При полной передаче этой работы модели часть такого профессионального размышления тоже может исчезать.

В университетах уже пробуют менять подходы к оценкам знаний. Nature 1 сентября собрала примеры преподавателей, которые требуют документы с историей правок, чтобы видеть, как создавался текст (режим правок в Word), чаще проводят письменные работы в аудитории и добавляют устные защиты.

А позавчера, 2 сентября Нью-Йорк ввёл годовой мораторий на генеративный ИИ для школьников до 8 класса включительно. Это почти 600 тысяч детей. Город отключает AI-функции более чем в 38 образовательных продуктах и одновременно ограничивает экранное время.

Для старшеклассников подход другой. Дважды в год им будут объяснять, как устроен ИИ, где он ошибается и как проверять его ответы. Также дадут пять отобранных AI-инструментов под контролем учителя: Edia для математики, Quill для работы с текстами и аргументацией, Brisk для упражнений по материалам учителя. Обычные ChatGPT и Claude в программу не входят.

Пока всё это скорее первые пробы, а не догма. Где-то ограничивают использование LLM, где-то внедряют специальных AI-репетиторов, а где-то меняют задания и экзамены. Что из этого реально сработает через несколько лет, пока непонятно. Но главный вопрос остается открытым: какую часть работы ученик должен обязательно проделать сам, чтобы чему-то научиться, а в какой момент может подключать ИИ? Видимо ближайшие годы как раз и будут большим экспериментом вокруг ИИ в образовании.

Как грабитель сам вернул деньги в ограбленный банк

1 сентября 1798 года Айзек Дэвис украл из Банка Пенсильвании золото на сумму более $160 000.

Как ему это удалось? Отделение банка переезжало на новое место. Причём переезд был нервный — накануне неизвестные пытались вскрыть старое хранилище, поэтому руководство решило усилить охрану и заказать новые железные двери и замки. Заказ отдали кузнецу Патрику Лиону (но к нему мы вернёмся позже).

Во время установки дверей присутствовали многие работники, одним из которых прикинулся наш грабитель, изучивший расположение и устройство дверей и замков. В ночь на 1 сентября он и его сообщник (один из сотрудников банка Томас Каннингем) закрылись в отделении и вскрыли хранилище дубликатом ключа.

2 сентября работники банка обнаружили пропажу. Весь город встал на уши. Всё-таки $160 000 — сумма для XVIII века, мягко скажем, немаленькая. Подозрения пали на того самого кузнеца Лиона, изготовившего все замки для нового отделения банка. Полиция считала, что это именно он передал дубликаты грабителям. Даже несмотря на тот факт, что в момент ограбления Лион находился в другом городе, его арестовали и держали под стражей несколько месяцев.

А вот дальше начинается самое интересное. Айзек Дэвис вместо того, чтобы скрыться, решил «легализовать» своё увеличившееся состояние. Он открыл счета сразу в нескольких банках Филадельфии, один из которых был в том самом Bank of Pennsylvania, куда он сначала внёс $16 000, а затем ещё $4 000.

Конечно, открытие счетов не доказывало причастность Дэвиса к ограблению. Но сотрудники банка начали его подозревать. Дэвис рассказывал о нескольких удачных торговых операциях, позволивших сколотить целое состояние. Однако именно кассир Джонатан Смит начал проверять историю Дэвиса. Руководство банка направило запросы в Bank of North America и Bank of the United States. Собственно, это подтвердил и сам Владимир Путин в ходе пресс-конференции в Бишкеке, заявив, что российским вооруженным силам осталось 12 км до города Сумы, хотя еще в июне говорил о 10,5 км.

IF the "Plaintiff" has rehabilitated himself and is trying to move on with his life - that is great - as he should. He made a very poor decision and should have received more punishment than the piss poor 2010 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ruled...

But making MILLIONS off of innocent, vulnerable, good, decent, truth seeking people as if he's a "Secret Operative" and was "framed on purpose"...

He had also filed for the Court to change or update the Trial Court decision...

This means he, a convicted individual, formally asks the court for permission to change or update their existing request to challenge a conviction for corruption of minors.

When a defendant who pleaded guilty files a motion for leave to amend a petition for post-conviction relief (PCR), they are asking for permission to add, modify, or clarify specific legal arguments or facts to support their claim that their conviction should be overturned or their sentence reduced.

Ineffective Assistance of Counsel: They may want to add specific instances where their lawyer failed them during the plea process. For example, they might argue that their lawyer failed to investigate key evidence, failed to inform them of the deportation consequences of a guilty plea, or gave them egregiously incorrect advice that coerced them into pleading guilty.

Involuntary or Unknowing Plea: They could be updating the petition to argue that their guilty plea was not made voluntarily, knowingly, or intelligently. This can happen if they were under extreme duress, lacked the mental competency at the time to understand the plea agreement, or were actively misled by the prosecution or their own defense attorney.

Newly Discovered Evidence: They might be amending the petition to introduce facts that were completely unknown to them at the time of the plea. This evidence must be significant enough that, had they known about it, they reasonably would not have pleaded guilty and would have insisted on going to trial.

Jurisdictional or Constitutional Violations: They could be raising a new claim that the court lacked the legal authority (jurisdiction) to convict them, or that a fundamental constitutional right was violated in a way that survives a guilty plea.

Sentencing Errors: They might be correcting or expanding an argument that their sentence was calculated incorrectly based on state laws, or that their lawyer failed to present crucial mitigating evidence during the sentencing phase.

IF ole "Special Operative" never been in Military, Government, or Law Enforcement, is who he has made THOUSANDS believe he is, which he is not, but for breakdown purposes...

Pleading GUILTY then 15 years later claiming:

Ineffective Assistance of Counsel - means he's a GREAT regurgitator who gets "material" from others.

Involuntary or Unknowing Plea - Plead GUILTY without knowing the consequences of doing so, but is some "Secret Operative" with the Military or Agency???

What in the hell would the Military or Agency need with a Case of a 26 year old male having sex with a 15 year old?

Honestly, we PROBABLY should be more worried about those of you who’ve justified and supported this fraud.

You’ve proven you let a civilian with a criminal record make you think that they’re a “Secret Operative” with a Guilty Plea of CORRUPTION of a MINOR…

for fraudulently using a Social Security number to obtain employment.

He forged a New York state identification card & a Social Security card.

BREAKING: AG Todd Blanche locked down Fulton County, PA Dominion electronic voting machines that showed proof of foreign involvement from the 2020 election.

The lawsuit showed a Canadian IP, unauthorized scripts, extra USBs, and an extra machine, right as they were about to go back to Dominion.

Attorney Peter Ticktin says he flagged it and Blanche moved fast. Courts already tossed the county's case. Now the hardware is the story and what matters most.

These come from Fulton County's 2022 breach-of-contract suit against Dominion, attached forensic work, from Speckin, and related reports.

The federal case was dismissed, "standing/contract issues." The county was separately sanctioned for letting outsiders image the equipment after a court order barred it.

- Post-2020 anomalies and difficulty reconciling voter data with tabulated votes.

- Machines allegedly failed 2019 Pennsylvania certification conditions.

- J. Alex Halderman's work, which was cited in the suit, ICX software vulnerabilities that, with physical or remote access, could allow malicious software. The suit said those issues were not fully mitigated at the time.

- Unauthorized USB/external drives inserted with no approved inventory, so later compromise could not be ruled out.

- Substantial file changes after install, including hundreds of .dll files and new links / unauthorized scripts, a post-certification Python script was specifically alleged.

- An external IP tied to Quebec, Canada, 172.102.16.22, found in logs on the Adjudication01 workstation, described as evidence the device had connected to an outside network, contrary to certification rules that systems stay isolated.

- Outdated Windows Defender, dated to July 2016, with no updates, leaving the systems exposed to later malware.

- Claim of an extra unauthorized machine in use.

“What happened in Pennsylvania is shameful,” said Dr. Joseph Varon, President and Chief Medical Officer, Independent Medical Alliance. “A governor used an infant’s tragic death to score political points, even though the autopsy did not support the Governor’s assertions.”

Last week, Governor Josh Shapiro announced Pennsylvania’s first “measles” deaths in 35 years and used the moment to attack federal vaccination policy. But Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni and pathologist Dr. Wayne Ross found that a newborn who later tested positive for measles died of a traumatic laceration of the spleen and massive blood loss. Measles was not listed as the cause of death or a contributing factor. A second death remains undisclosed, but the coroner’s office has said it has no record of measles as the cause of death in either case.

“If an official wants to tell the country a baby died of measles, he should wait for the autopsy and release the death certificate,” continued Varon. “Anything less is fear dressed up as public health.”

IMA researchers, including Dr. Varon, hosted a webinar earlier this year entitled “Beyond the Headlines: Evidence-Based Treatment for Measles,” documenting evidence-based measles care, including high-dose vitamin A shown in trials to reduce mortality and complications.

“Vaccination policy is a legitimate scientific debate. Cause of death is a medical determination,” concluded Dr. Varon. “Stop the fear mongering. People’s health, and possibly their lives, are at stake. Independent doctors will not play along.” 2/2
