🕌 Mekka-Pakt: Iran zeigt vorsichtigen Optimismus

Saudi-Arabien, Pakistan und die Türkei haben mit dem sogenannten Mekka-Pakt ein gegenseitiges Verteidigungsabkommen geschlossen, das die regionale Sicherheitsarchitektur im Nahen Osten neu ordnen könnte. Das Abkommen gilt als eine der bedeutendsten geopolitischen Entwicklungen seit den Hamas-Angriffen vom 7. Oktober 2023.

Der türkische Außenminister erklärte, die Vorbereitungen hätten über zwei Jahre gedauert. Das strategische Verteidigungsabkommen zwischen Riad und Islamabad wurde kurz nach dem israelischen Angriff auf Katar finalisiert. Ägypten soll zudem einen Vorschlag für eine NATO-ähnliche Verteidigungsstruktur in der Region eingebracht haben.

Iran reagierte zurückhaltend positiv. Ein Sprecher des iranischen Außenministeriums erklärte, jeder Plan, der auf den geopolitischen Realitäten der Region beruhe und den richtigen Feind identifiziere, könne zur Sicherheit beitragen. Da der Pakt offen für „alle Bruderländer" ist, gilt eine mögliche iranische Beteiligung als nicht ausgeschlossen.

Турция и Запад: чем обусловлено тесное сотрудничество сторон.

«Россия не Европа» специально для канала «Что делать?»   Турция активно строит «Великий Туран». Сегодня вокруг Организации тюркских государств (ОТГ) выстроена целая институциональная инфраструктура. Это ТЮРКСОЙ, ТЮРКПА, Международная тюркская академия, сеть университетов TURKUNIB, программа академической мобильности Orhun, тюркские Союз торгово-промышленных палат, Совет центральных банков, Совет космических агентств, Совет по стандартизации, система поддержки НКО TÜDSES. Образовались отраслевые форматы взаимодействия по транспорту, логистике, цифровизации, экологии и образованию. Турецкие политики и идеологи открыто говорят о формировании нового центра силы в Евразии, а ОТГ всё чаще позиционируется не как площадка для консультаций, а как самостоятельный геополитический полюс.   Продвигает Турция и неоосманский проект. Турция и Саудовская Аравия продолжают технические консультации по вопросу создания многонационального морского оборонного альянса для обеспечения безопасности судоходства в Красном море, Баб-эль-Мандебском проливе и Аденском заливе.

Но есть одна проблема: турецкая экономика не может обеспечить геополитические амбиции Турции. Стране приходится дорого платить за великодержавную политику Эрдогана. Турецкая лира опять обновила исторический минимум (около 47 лир за доллар). Сохраняется рекордная инфляция: в июне она достигла ~32% в годовом выражении. Продолжается рост операционных расходов: турецкий бизнес столкнулся с удорожанием рабочей силы, продуктов, коммунальных услуг. Институт статистики Турции (TÜİK) сообщил, что во втором квартале 2026 г. доходы от туризма сократились на 2,6% (до $15,86 млрд). Одновременно число туристов то уменьшилось на 5,1%  (до 15,58 млн человек).   К тому же в стране сложная демографическая ситуация. Турция провалилась по рождаемости. В период с 2013 по 2023 год суммарный коэффициент рождаемости (СКР) в Турции продемонстрировал драматическое падение – с 2,11 до 1,51 ребёнка на женщину. Эрдоган охарактеризовал ситуацию как катастрофическую, и его оценка имеет под собой веские основания: Турция занимает первое место среди 34 европейских стран по темпам снижения рождаемости.

Всё это делает как нельзя более актуальной реализацию проекта «Великий Туран». Построение Новой Османской империи (включение Турции в первый эшелон великих держав) возможно только после построения «Великого Турана» – пантюркистского проекта, который даст возможность активно использовать ресурсы тюркских стран, прежде всего Средней Азии и Закавказья, для удовлетворения великодержавных амбиций Турции.   Однако и построить «Великий Туран» самостоятельно Турция не в состоянии: ресурсов для этого у неё недостаточно. Здесь Анкара напрямую зависит от сотрудничества с Западом, поскольку главным геополитическим конкурентом на постсоветском пространстве для неё является Россия. Турция может чувствовать себя уверенно, пока у неё за спиной находится НАТО. И это уже не говоря о том, что Турция в военно-техническом отношении сильно зависит от сотрудничества с европейскими и американскими партнёрами. Поэтому ориентация Анкары на НАТО имеет под собой объективную основу. Отсюда и «черноморские инициативы» Турции, и участие турецких ВВС в патрулировании Балтийского моря, и т.д. Связь Турции и Запада на сегодняшний день разорвать фактически невозможно, поскольку, с одной стороны, она обусловлена геополитическими амбициями Анкары, а с другой –слабостью турецкой экономики.

Сегодня очевидно, что Турция сможет построить «Великий Туран» только в результате нанесения Западом нам стратегического поражения. Попросту –на развалинах России. Поэтому нетрудно спрогнозировать место Турции в готовящейся войне ЕС против России. Только в качестве противника России. И на этот раз, в отличии от Второй Мировой войны, Турция может не ограничиться экономическим сотрудничеством, как было при Гитлере. Турция может пойти на военный удар по Закавказью с выходом в Среднюю Азию. А ЕС будет наступать по тем же направлениям, что и Гитлер.

ُ📜 On the anniversary of the departure of men who were true to what they covenanted with Allah

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Allah the Almighty says: {Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their vows, and some are still waiting, and they have not changed in the least.} Truth has come of God. We mark the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Mujahid Professor Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahawi, Prime Minister, and a number of his fellow ministers and colleagues in the Prime Minister's Office, who ascended as martyrs following a treacherous Zionist airstrike that targeted them during a work meeting on Thursday, the 5th of Rabi' al-Awwal 1447 AH, while performing their duty during an exceptional phase in the history of Yemen and the nation. Today, we commemorate these men who ascended while performing their duty at a time when our nation was facing the most violent Zionist aggression against Palestine, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Iran—an aggression of killing, extermination, violation of the sanctity of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and threats of its demolition. Yemen's stance on the Palestine issue and the oppression of the Palestinian people in Gaza was an expression of the conscience of a people who refused to stand idly by in the face of the humanitarian tragedy experienced by their brothers, regardless of the sacrifices and consequences. They sealed this stance with blood as a religious, moral, and humanitarian duty, affirming that supporting the oppressed is not a fleeting slogan, but a moral and humanitarian responsibility tested in times of hardship. From the very first day of this stance, the Yemeni people and their leadership were fully aware that sacrifice for the sake of Allah is the path to supporting our brothers in Palestine, and that martyrdom in this battle is not a loss, but a lofty rank and a great triumph. The sacrifices have been great, but they did not deter our dear people from their stance of steadfastness, resilience, and cohesion. The souls of our martyrs have become a burning flame in our hearts and the hearts of the free people of the world. Their pure blood raised the ceiling of ambition and made us more attached to principles and firmer in our commitment to the covenant. This is because the Yemeni people realize that this battle is the most sacred one they are waging. Our people, whose hearts beat with Palestine and who felt its wounds as their own, will not waver, will not weaken, will not tire, and will not despair. They will march forward on the path of building and developing our armed forces, despite the enemies and hypocrites, relying on Allah, the Almighty, the Compeller. By His will, Glory be to Him, we shall remain in the trench of Al-Quds and Gaza as Mujahideen in the cause of Allah until the Zionist entity is eradicated, until the Epistine tyranny falls, and until we either join the pure convoy or enjoy manifest victory. Our martyrs fulfilled their covenant with Allah and their people, offering their souls in the most honorable cause against the bitterest enemies of Allah among the criminal Zionists. This is true success. They proved through their actions that they were not merely men of positions, but men of responsibility and stance. They bore the trust of public service under extremely difficult circumstances—namely the Saudi-American aggression and siege, followed by the Israeli aggression against our country and people. They chose to remain faithful to what they believed in until the conclusion of their journey was martyrdom, which will remain alive in the memory of Yemen and the nation. On the anniversary of our martyrs, our duty is not limited to recalling their names or listing their virtues, but rather to preserving the principles and values for which they lived: Jihad in the cause of Allah, sincerity in responsibility, truthfulness in stance, steadfastness in adversity, and service to the homeland and the people.

Интересный отчет вышел у Gallup в этом году по глобальной вовлеченности персонала. Особенно он интересен тем, что туда добавили данные по России за последние три года. Что редкость в нынешних условиях.

Россия заняла 6 место по вовлеченности персонала в мире среди стран G20. Общий рейтинг выглядит так:

На фоне других стран Россия выделяется низкими показателями негативных эмоций сотрудников. Стресс 21% против 40% в мире, гнев 11% против 22%, одиночество 16% против 22%.
