𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
The role combines client relationship management with project and service coordination.
You will work closely with clients, understand their business needs, manage expectations, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Understand clients’ business models, needs, and priorities.
• Take ownership of client matters and follow them through to resolution.
• Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate multiple client projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of payment regulatory and AML/CTF compliance services.
• Identify and address issues, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Support and coordinate account-opening projects as needed, working with clients, financial institutions, and external service providers.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Experience in Account Management, Project Management, Client Success, or another client-facing role.
• Strong ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance client and company interests.
• Ability to quickly learn new services, processes, and regulatory requirements.
𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 — 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱
Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, financial services, financial institution onboarding, or compliance is highly valued.
Knowledge of the Canadian regulatory environment is a strong advantage, particularly 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗖, 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮, 𝗠𝗦𝗕/𝗣𝗦𝗣 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗠𝗟/𝗖𝗧𝗙 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.
