Медный порошок в смазках: ученые из Улан-Удэ разбирались, когда наночастицы помогают, а когда вредят
Минеральные масла - это базовый компонент индустриальных смазок, но их противоизносные свойства оставляют желать лучшего. Один из способов улучшить ситуацию - добавить наноразмерные частицы металлов или их оксидов, которые могут заполнять микронеровности, формировать защитные пленки и снижать трение. Однако эффект сильно зависит от состава, размера и концентрации частиц, и далеко не всегда он оказывается положительным.
Ученые Института физического материаловедения СО РАН и Бурятского государственного университета @bsulite совместно с коллегами из Москвы (МЭИ) и Китая (Уханьский текстильный университет) решили разобраться, как добавки композитных нанопорошков меди влияют на износ при использовании серийно производимой смазки И-20А. Они использовали два порошка, полученных методом электронно-лучевого испарения в аргоне при разных режимах синтеза. Различались они по фазовому составу и морфологии частиц: первый (N1) содержал 91% металлической Cu, 2% Cu2O и 7% CuO при среднем размере 140 нм; второй (N2) - 38% Cu, 48% Cu2O и 14% CuO при размере 187 нм (именно они изображены на фото из статьи).
Для каждого порошка приготовили суспензии с концентрациями 0,01%, 0,1% и 1% по массе и испытали их на машине трения. В качестве контроля использовали чистое масло, а каждый эксперимент повторяли трижды.
Результаты оказались неоднозначными. Наименьшая потеря массы наблюдалась для масла с 1% cмазки N2: износ снизился на 43% по сравнению с чистым маслом - с 0,00510 до 0,00290 г. Однако при меньших концентрациях эффекта практически не было. Более того, добавки смазки N1 при 0,01% и 1%, напротив, увеличивали износ. Это подтверждается и морфологией поверхностей: на пятне трения, обработанном маслом с 1% N1, наблюдались глубокие борозды и отсутствие следов меди, тогда как с 1% N2 поверхность была более гладкой, а медь обнаруживалась в количестве 0.58%.
Таким образом, один и тот же материал, полученный в разных условиях, может вести себя как полезная противоизносная добавка или как абразив, ускоряющий разрушение. Ключевые факторы - не столько оксидный состав, сколько морфология и распределение частиц в объёме смазки. В случае с N2 частицы, по-видимому, эффективнее удерживаются в зоне контакта и формируют локальные защитные слои.

¿Por qué?
¿Por qué invocar la protección contra la autoincriminación 111 veces en una comparecencia pública después de haber recibido un indulto presidencial?
¿Qué era exactamente lo que no estaba dispuesto a responder?

CUANDO SE SABÍA QUE LAS NUEVAS ENFERMEDADES INFECCIOSAS LAS TRAÍA LA GENTE Y NO EL CAMBIO CLIMÁTICO
Vivimos una época en la que algunos aspectos del conocimiento están retrocediendo por culpa de la ideología. Hoy en día no hay ningún problema en responsabilizar al cambio climático de la aparición en España de nuevas enfermedades infecciosas, pero está absolutamente reprobado responsabilizar a la gente que las trae de fuera del país o a los gobernantes que pueden evitarlo y no lo hacen.
En Mallorca en 1820, no tuvieron ningún problema en identificar a los marineros de otros países como responsables de un brote de peste con altísima mortalidad (78 %) y en utilizar al ejército para aislar a las poblaciones afectadas y evitar la propagación.
El 31 de enero del 2020, más de un mes antes de que se desatara la pandemia de coronavirus en España yo advertí de lo que se nos venía encima en mi artículo «Escenarios y consecuencias de la pandemia del coronavirus de Wuhan», que muchos consideraron alarmista. El 25 de febrero de ese mismo año, dos semanas antes del inicio de la catástrófica pandemia, dije en mi artículo «Coronavirus escenario 2: Enemigo a las puertas» dije que: «La única medida efectiva es someter a todo el que llega al país a una cuarentena estricta de varias semanas durante las cuales se les realicen varios tests de presencia del virus. Todo lo demás es un brindis al sol cuando hay gente infectada asintomática que transmite la enfermedad. Como es una medida drástica y con alto coste político no se toma y por lo tanto se acepta que la enfermedad llegue a España y entrar en cuarentenas del segundo tipo. Esto tiene un coste en vidas que podría ir de varios cientos a centenares de miles, de lo que obviamente no se aceptará responsabilidad alguna alegando que no había recomendaciones de la OMS de cerrar fronteras».
Luego dirán que nadie lo vio venir y que nadie dijo lo que podía pasar o lo que había que hacer. Si yo pude verlo venir, decir lo que podía pasar y lo que había que hacer, otros epidemiólogos también lo hicieron y no se les hizo caso. La responsabilidad de los más de 120.000 muertos por coronavirus en España es exclusivamente del gobierno de Pedro Sánchez por no tomar las medidas necesarias para evitarlo.
El problema es que es mucho más sencillo y da menos problemas no hacer nada y culpar al cambio climático o alegar desconocimiento, que tomar las medidas necesarias para cumplir la obligación de proteger a los ciudadanos de enfermedades infecciosas que se sabe como parar. ¿De qué sirve la democracia cuando las autoridades nos traicionan para defender su propio interés?
El control de las fronteras es una parte esencial de la seguridad de los ciudadanos. Mal futuro tiene el país que lo deja en manos de gobiernos extranjeros o de los deseos de ciudadanos extranjeros y las mafias que los traen.
La investigación sobre el origen del covid ha revelado un conflicto de intereses brutal.
El Dr. Antoni Fauci que dirigía el Instituto Nacional de Alergia y Enfermedades Infecciosas (NIAID) y Jeremy Farrar Exdirector del Wellcome Trust, ex asesor del Grupo de Asesoramiento Científico para Emergencias (SAGE) del gobierno del Reino Unido, y posteriormente director científico de la OMS, en privado admitían la posibilidad de una fuga de laboratorio en Wuhan, pero días después promovian el estudio "Proximal Origin" para tildar de conspiración a nivel mundial cualquier duda sobre el origen zoonótico.
Todo esto sucedía al mismo tiempo que Fauci financiaba a EcoHealth Alliance para que, su director el Dr. Peter Daszak, ejecutara quimeras de Ganancia de Función en Wuhan.
Y el director general de la OMS, el día 18 de agosto de 2026, día en que el Dr David Morens, asesor científico principal del Dr. Anthony Fauci durante dieciséis años, (de 2006 a 2022), se declaraba culpable de mentir al gobierno sobre el origen del covid y de eliminar pruebas, Tedros Ghebreyesus anunciaba que Jeremy Farrar, promotor mundial de la censura ante cualquier postura sobre el origen de laboratorio, dejaba su puesto directivo en la OMS.

"Jeremy Farrar — chief scientific officer of the World Health Organization and a central figure in efforts to suppress speculation about a possible lab origin of COVID-19 — collaborated on a viral discovery project in Southeast Asia involving Peter Daszak, a scientist at the center of that speculation, according to grant documents.
A 2010 National Institutes of Health grant proposal describes Farrar as the “primary collaborator” in Vietnam of a controversial organization that has come under scrutiny for its work on novel coronaviruses with the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The organization was then called the Wildlife Trust, but would soon be renamed EcoHealth Alliance.
At the time of the 2010 grant proposal, Daszak was the president of the Wildlife Trust, while Farrar helmed the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he had worked as a clinician since 1996.
The Oxford team was slated to ship its samples to a lab at Columbia University, not to Wuhan.
Still, the apparent connection between Farrar and Daszak – who faces possible debarment from U.S. tax dollars – could present a previously unknown conflict of interest on the pandemic origins question at the highest levels of the WHO"

"Top scientists including Sir Patrick Vallance were warned that Covid-19 could have evolved in laboratory animals, but collaborated in a paper which shut down the lab leak theory, it has emerged.
The paper, “The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2,” published in Nature Medicine in March 2020, argued that a natural spillover event caused the pandemic, and was hugely instrumental in stifling debate into the origins of the virus.
But newly released emails from early 2020 show that in the weeks before publication the authors held lengthy discussions with experts, including Sir Patrick and Sir Jeremy Farrar, the head of the Wellcome Trust.
In those discussions, experts were advised that the unusual features seen in Covid-19 could have evolved in animals in a lab, as well as in the wild.
They were also warned that the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) had been carrying out research on bat-coronaviruses at worrying levels of biosecurity."
