About the Roles
BrandCo Nigeria Limited is expanding its commercial, marketing, and financial operations. We are seeking qualified, experienced, and growth-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team across the following specialized roles:
* Digital Marketing Lead: Drive performance marketing, oversee digital ad spend, optimize multi-channel customer acquisition funnels, and lead conversion strategies across social, search, and display networks.
* Customer Insight & Experience Management Lead: Analyze customer behavioral data, design loyalty strategies, map user journeys, and oversee voice-of-customer initiatives to elevate brand satisfaction and retention.
* Content Executive: Conceptualize, write, and produce high-engaging digital content, copywriting assets, campaign scripts, and visual brand storytelling across online platforms.
* Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive: Oversee ledger entries, manage supplier payments, track invoicing, reconcile bank statements, and enforce timely receivables collections and financial documentation.
General Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline relevant to the role.
* Proven professional track record corresponding to the leadership or executive level applied for.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Google/Meta Ads & Analytics for Marketing roles; ERPs, Excel, or QuickBooks for Accounts roles).
