Теперь в моём калькуляторе IT-зарплат 134 страны и 160 ролей. Но главное изменение не в цифрах, а в том, как эти цифры считаются.

Сначала о росте.

Страны: было 122, стало 134. Роли: было 141, стало 160. Грейдов также 5 - от Junior до C-level.

Теперь про методику, и это важнее.

Раньше по части рынков вилка опиралась на один источник. Раньше по части рынков вилка опиралась на один источник, и если он ошибался, ошибка уезжала прямо в результат. Теперь у 75% рынков минимум 3 независимых источника, и вилка строится по их пересечению.

Все суммы gross, до налогов. Net без разбора конкретной ситуации превратился бы в цифру, которая не совпадёт почти ни у кого: в Германии 38-42%, в ОАЭ и Саудовской Аравии подоходного нет, на Кипре и в Польше льготные режимы. Эффективная ставка показана отдельно под вилкой.

Заодно нашёл дыры, о которых стоит сказать честно.

5 ролей были в интерфейсе, а вилки под них не считались вообще. DX Engineer, Platform Engineering Manager, SRE Manager, Web3 Developer, AI Research Scientist. Роли описаны в метаданных, но в pipeline генерации не попали, и так на 66 рынках. Человек выбирал роль и не получал ничего. Никто не жаловался, нашёл сам при проверке.

Не было Саудовской Аравии. Из полусотни крупных IT-рынков её просто не оказалось, и это странно на фоне того, что там происходит. Vision 2030, 40 миллиардов в tech, Neom, LEAP. Google, Microsoft и AWS открыли офисы в Эр-Рияде в 2024 и 2025 годах. Подоходного налога нет при очень хороших зарплатах.

Не было Data Engineer. Одна из самых востребованных профессий в IT, а в калькуляторе её не было. Это отдельная профессия от Data Scientist, как многие думают. Добавил вместе с UX Writer и Application Security Engineer.

Из новых стран: Монако, Фареры, Бруней, Ботсвана, Намибия, Гайана, Иран, Венесуэла, Ангола, Мозамбик, Мадагаскар и Саудовская Аравия.

И новых ролей также добавил: AI/ML Platform Engineer, Edge Computing Engineer, Low-Code Developer, VP of Engineering, Field CTO, Product Lead.

И узкие ниши: Quantitative Developer, Firmware Engineer, ML Infrastructure, Observability, Privacy Engineer, Threat Intelligence Analyst.

Distillery volumes fall roughly 25% to around 200mn litres, but sugar price benefit far outweighs that loss, driving 53.6% EBITDA growth in FY27, with PLA commissioning in Q3FY27 adding 23.6% in FY28.

I will be joining a distinguished Gp of professionals and executives in the panel “Emerging Technologies, CyberSec in the Capital Market” to discuss an issue that, in my view, deserves significantly greater attention.

The future of cybersecurity is not defined solely by new technologies and security tools. A substantial part of it depends on the quality of GRC, management structures, and human capital.

In recent years, many organizations have placed significant emphasis on acquiring and deploying security products, implementing controls and standards, establishing monitoring and threat response capabilities.

These measures are essential. But organizational security cannot be engineered through tools alone.

There are more fundamental questions that need to be addressed: — Has cybersecurity truly earned its place as a strategic and executive-level priority within organizations? — Does the CISO have the authority, independence, accountability, and access required to fulfill the mandate? — Is the security reporting structure and GRC model properly aligned with the organization’s business risks? — And, perhaps most importantly, have we established the competency models, professional career paths, and human capital structures appropriate to the level of responsibility these positions carry?

These questions are not limited to a single industry.

From government and critical infrastructure to banking, insurance, capital markets, and other critical sectors, the quality of cybersecurity governance can have a direct impact on organizational resilience and business continuity.

The same applies to professional cybersecurity education.

The gap between theoretical education, professional certifications, hands-on experience, and the ability to make sound decisions under real-world conditions remains one of the critical challenges in developing cybersecurity talent.

In my view, if we genuinely want to discuss the future of cybersecurity, we need to move the conversation beyond products, tools, and trends and address the issues that ultimately determine whether security becomes an organizational capability: Governance. Executive accountability. Professional competency. Human capital. Organizational resilience.

And perhaps it is also time to move beyond title-driven panels, symbolic positions, and relationship based platforms, and create more space for people who have actually built, operated, governed, and been accountable for cybersecurity in real organizations. But enough of that.

Он удобен для торговли, переводов, обменов и взаимодействия с DeFi. Но устройство может столкнуться с вирусами, фишинговыми сайтами и вредоносными приложениями.

Поэтому в горячем кошельке разумно держать сумму, необходимую для ежедневных операций.

Холодный кошелёк

В холодном кошельке приватные ключи создаются и хранятся в среде, изолированной от интернета.

Самый распространённый вариант — аппаратный кошелёк. Транзакция формируется на телефоне или компьютере, но подписывается внутри отдельного устройства.

Даже если компьютер заражён, приватный ключ не должен покидать аппаратный кошелёк.

Важно: монеты всё равно записаны в блокчейне. «Холодными» становятся не сами активы, а способ хранения ключей и подписания операций.

Холодный кошелёк тоже не защищает от всех ошибок. Если владелец сам подтвердит вредоносную транзакцию или отдаст мошеннику seed-фразу, активы могут быть украдены.

Простая схема:

Горячий кошелёк — небольшая рабочая сумма для ежедневных действий.

Холодный кошелёк — основные накопления, которыми редко пользуются.

Разделение средств уменьшает риск потерять всё из-за одной ошибки, взлома или фишинговой ссылки.

Если совсем просто: горячий кошелёк — это карман, а холодный — сейф. И никто не носит весь сейф в кармане.

🚨 Cronos halts blockchain after $75M Tectonic exploit

Cronos validators stopped the entire blockchain on Sunday following an exploit that drained Tectonic, the largest lending protocol on the network. Researcher Weilin Li estimates the total loss at approximately $75 million, with only $6 million reaching Ethereum before the network froze.

Crypto.com confirmed its app and exchange remained unaffected and operational. Approximately $60 million of the stolen funds remain stranded on Cronos—about 91% of the total haul. Tectonic held $121.6 million, representing 46% of all DeFi value on the chain.

Unlike recent exploits on other chains that proceeded despite attacks, Cronos' Tendermint architecture with 100 validators enabled a coordinated network halt. The outcome now depends on validator decisions: whether to roll back the chain, blacklist the attacker, or restart untouched. A similar bridge exploit on BNB Chain in October 2022 resulted in recovery of close to $470 million of $570 million minted. …

🦀 Кто-то скачал вообще все build.rs с crates.io и собрал инструмент для случайного просмотра скриптов.

Зачем: после свежей supply chain-атаки автор решил посмотреть, что build.rs реально делает в дикой природе.

Нашлось много интересного:

* прокидывание git commit hash в env * cfg-алиасы * linker directives * codegen из protobuf/OpenAPI/Excel * скачивание внешних артефактов, иногда без проверки хеша

Самая сильная часть - предложения для Cargo: стандартный VCS info, artifact-dependencies для фиксированных и проверяемых загрузок и отдельный режим для codegen-defined crates.

Система управления, которую изобрели в VIII веке, которую мы сегодня считаем «новшеством».

Мы были на экскурсии в подземном городе Каймаклы в Каппадокии, которая меня сильно поразила — никогда не видела ничего подобного.

Под землёй — 9 этажей и целый город на несколько тысяч человек: жилые зоны, кухни, склады, винодельни, помещения для животных. Продуманная система обороны: врага загоняли в узкие тоннели, а отдельные части города перекрывали огромными каменными дверями.

Я всю экскурсию, естественно, докапывалась до экскурсовода с вопросами: как они вообще всем этим управляли без чатов и интернета, был ли у этого города свой директор/CEO, кто принимал решения и кто за что отвечал? 😂

Оказалось, город был организован по секторам и уровням, внутри которых существовали свои общины.

У общин были распределены функции: приготовление еды, хранение запасов, животные, охрана и защита, хозяйственные работы, производство вина — вот это, конечно, была бы моя община 😅 И всё это ещё нужно было уметь организовать в условиях сильнейшего стресса. Когда сверху нападали враги, жители должны были быстро эвакуироваться под землю, распределиться по своим секторам и продолжить жить уже внутри города. Причём оставаться там они могли месяцами — по словам нашего экскурсовода, до 2–3 месяцев.

То есть это не просто автономное управление. Это система, которая должна была не развалиться в момент кризиса, а наоборот — мгновенно перейти в заранее предусмотренный режим работы.

Несколько тысяч человек при этом не управлялись напрямую из одного центра.

Была общая цель и правила выживания системы, а внутри отдельных общин — своя ответственность и довольно высокая автономность.

И я стою где-то на очередном этаже под землёй и думаю:

Господи. Да это же бирюзовая организация 😂

То, что сейчас называется self-management, автономными командами и децентрализованным управлением. Не один руководитель раздаёт задачи 3000 людям.

Есть большая система → она разделена на небольшие автономные части → у каждой понятна зона ответственности → внутри люди сами организуют работу ради общего результата.

Из современных примеров мне сразу вспомнился ВкусВилл.

Компания стала известна в том числе экспериментами с самоуправлением: небольшими командами, высокой автономностью сотрудников и переносом решений туда, где непосредственно происходит работа. Например, сотрудники магазина могут самостоятельно решать многие вопросы с покупателем на месте, не отправляя его по цепочке «позовите администратора → согласуйте с руководителем → напишите заявление». В рамках установленных правил у человека есть полномочия решить проблему там, где она возникла.

И в этом для меня главный смысл автономности: не отсутствие правил и руководителей, а право принимать решения внутри своей зоны ответственности без постоянного согласования сверху. Не «начальник должен решить всё», а система должна быть устроена так, чтобы огромное количество решений могло приниматься без начальника.

И самое забавное: мы сейчас читаем книги про организации будущего, self-management, децентрализацию и бирюзовые компании и думаем, что изобрели какой-то невероятно современный менеджмент.

А потом спускаешься на 9 этажей под землю в Каппадокии и обнаруживаешь:

люди решали эту же управленческую задачу много веков назад, ещё в VIII веке 😅

Меняются инструменты. А фундаментальные принципы менеджмента остаются теми же.
