Telegram job channels by country: real vacancies or scams?

Job channels work differently in every country. In Russia 50.6% of job channels with 10K+ subscribers belong to networks of five or more; in India 1.7%. A typical Saudi job channel reaches 2.4% of its subscribers per post, an Iraqi one 8.6%. Here is what that means for job seekers, and which channels are actually read.

What our data shows

Rankings and guides

Why rank by real reach

A job channel with a million subscribers and 1% reach shows a vacancy to fewer people than a 50,000-subscriber channel that half its audience reads. Views per post tell you where employers actually get seen and where job seekers actually look. To check any channel yourself, use the channel audit or read how to check a Telegram channel.

Methodology

Job channels: public channels with 10K+ subscribers whose main topic is jobs, or whose name or main topics mention jobs or vacancies in any of the languages we cover; the rankings additionally use a meaning-based search. Country and language come from automatic labels of channel content; channels labelled international are not in the country table. Reach was measured in summer 2026 for channels active at the time; creation periods come from channel IDs. Adult channels excluded. Data to 2026-09-04. Listing a channel is not an endorsement of any employer or vacancy.
