Telegram channel earning checker: what can you estimate?

You cannot look up a channel’s actual earnings from its username. You can check public reach, compare an advertising quote with expected views and model direct ad sales from your own assumptions.

Check reach before estimating ad value

Enter a public username or t.me link. For channels with at least 10,000 subscribers and measured reach, the audit estimates post views over time. Enter a quoted placement price in the result to see the cost per 1,000 expected views. See how the estimate works.

If the seller deletes the post after a day, you get the 24-hour row; a post that stays up keeps collecting views for weeks. Expected views are the channel's views per subscriber times how views build up on a typical post; the range is the middle half of channels.

A worked example: price, views and gross sales

Suppose a seller quotes 150 for one placement and the audit estimates 12,000 views after 24 hours. In the quote's currency, the expected eCPM is 150 ÷ 12,000 × 1,000 = 12.50. If the post is removed after a day, use that time horizon rather than a seven-day estimate.

If the owner actually sells eight placements at 150 each in a month, gross receipts from those sales are 8 × 150 = 1,200. This is an illustration using assumed inputs, not a market rate or an income prediction. Costs, commissions and unsold inventory change the result.

Telegram Ads revenue is a separate number

Telegram documents a revenue-sharing program for channel owners and directs owners to Statistics → Monetization to see their own results. The public post view counter is not a statement of advertising revenue. See Telegram's monetization announcement and the revenue API documentation.

Methodology and limits

The embedded audit uses our saved reach benchmarks and view-growth curves. It compares channels with a group of at least 100 peers, relaxing language or topic when necessary. Its view forecast is an estimate based on measured reach and typical accumulation over time, not a guarantee of impressions or sales. The measurement date is shown in the result.

Read the audit methodology and the reach study. Check unusual audience signals and shared public contacts before choosing placements. Low reach does not establish fraud, and a shared seller does not establish audience overlap.

Questions

Can I check how much a Telegram channel earns?

Public subscriber and view counts do not reveal actual income. A seller’s quoted price is not proof of a completed sale. Channel owners can check their own Telegram monetization statistics in Telegram; outside observers can only model scenarios from stated assumptions.

How do I estimate direct advertising revenue?

Multiply the agreed price per paid placement by the number of placements actually sold. For a planning scenario, 8 sold posts at 150 each produce 1,200 in gross receipts in the same currency, before costs, commissions, refunds and taxes. Neither input can be inferred from subscribers alone.

Is eCPM the channel’s earnings?

No. Here eCPM is the buyer’s price per 1,000 expected post views: placement price divided by expected views, multiplied by 1,000. It helps compare advertising quotes and is not the channel’s Telegram Ads payout.

Can subscribers predict Telegram Ads revenue?

Not on their own. Subscriber counts and ordinary post views do not show paid ad impressions or the revenue credited by Telegram. The owner’s monetization statistics are needed for actual payouts.
