Why Telegram works here
Electronics on Russian Telegram are sold mostly by resellers and small stores: grey-import iPhones, Xiaomi and Samsung from the UAE, and appliance discounts. Almost every channel in this niche carries ads.
With resellers, ask about the warranty and the region of the device before you pay.
