Identify the exact candidate document

Different processes use labels such as call letter, e-call letter and city intimation. Read what the current notice says the document is for. In railway NTPC notices, city-intimation and e-call-letter information are distinguished. A screenshot naming a city should not be treated as a complete personal examination instruction.

Reach the candidate portal independently

Start from the verified authority or recruitment service for your own process. Match the post, year and stage before entering details. A forwarded login link may be outdated or belong to another recruitment. If the notice is not present on the established service, leave the Telegram claim unconfirmed until you can resolve the mismatch.

Keep credentials and private documents private

Do not post your registration number, password, date of birth or a full candidate document in a public help thread. If you need help describing an error, redact personal details and show only the relevant message. A preparation group does not need access to your candidate account to explain a general instruction.

Read the document after downloading it

Check that the candidate details, examination, stage and reporting instructions match your application. Follow the document’s current requirements rather than a generic checklist copied from last year. If a detail is wrong, use the official help route identified for the process. A chat administrator’s reassurance cannot correct the candidate record.

Use the group for general clarification

A study community can help you understand the wording of an instruction or compare a non-sensitive error message. Keep account recovery and individual corrections with the authorised support process. If a stranger offers to fix access for a payment or asks for an OTP, stop the interaction and verify independently.
