Exam scams on Telegram: impersonation, leaks and assured selection
Be especially careful when an account offers a result you cannot independently check: a leaked paper, special access, an altered score or assured admission in exchange for a private payment.

Distinguish a publisher from an impersonator
Compare the username and payment route with information published through the teacher’s or institution’s established service. A copied profile image, display name or testimonial screenshot does not establish identity. An unsolicited private account can resemble the account you intended to contact while leading you to a different seller.
Treat special-access promises as a reason to verify
A claim to change marks, secure a seat or bypass recruitment requirements should not be accepted because it appears in an exam community. Ask what published process authorises the claimed action. If there is no independently verifiable basis, do not send money or candidate information on the strength of the message.
Do not turn leak offers into preparation material
A seller may claim that a paid file is the coming paper or a confidential answer key. You cannot establish that claim from a preview or testimonial. Use authorised practice and the current official examination process. A promise of secret access is not a substitute for a study plan or a legitimate objection route.
Keep account access out of public help
Do not share passwords, one-time codes or unredacted candidate documents with a supposed helper. If you need to describe a problem, remove personal identifiers and use the process’s established support route for account-specific action. A group member’s confidence does not create authority to access or modify your application.
Preserve evidence and stop escalation
If a request looks suspicious, stop the payment or information exchange while you verify it independently. Keep the relevant username, message and transaction record if one exists. Use the platform’s available reporting controls and appropriate official reporting or payment-support channels for your circumstances. Do not pay a second stranger who promises an instant recovery.

Questions about Impersonation & scams
Does an “official” label make a private message trustworthy?
No. Verify the account through the organisation’s own established information and check the exact request.
Can a channel guarantee selection if I pay?
A private promise is not evidence of authority over an exam, admission or recruitment outcome. Check the published process independently.
